In the lame duck session of the U.S. Senate, Democrats are pushing aside negotiations on important issues like national defense spending and appropriations. Instead, they are focusing on quickly confirming the most extreme judicial nominees to pack the courts BEFORE Donald Trump takes office.
One example is Magistrate Judge Mustafa Taher Kasubhai. Democrats tried three other times to confirm him and failed . . . until last week. They succeeded on confirming the first Muslim judge to the Court of Appeals because five Republicans didn’t even show up to vote!
As a lower court judge, Kasubhai forced people to use preferred pronouns over biologically accurate ones and wrote the essay advocating why other judges should do the same. This forces people to lie in court about gender or face the wrath of the judge for contempt of court. One of his writings falsely claims that all heterosexual relationships are wrought with violence.
He denounces private property with Marxist-like fervor and demands that diversity, equity, and inclusion are "the heart and soul of the court system.” He even thinks there should be a completely different set of rules for cases related to DEI.
Now Senate Republicans are proposing to allow 13 more judges to be confirmed before Biden leaves office in exchange for four Court of Appeals slots that will be left open for when President Trump takes over the White House. This is nonsense. Republicans must fight against these judges.
Urge those in Congress to do their jobs, show up to vote, and use all the available tools to stop Joe Biden’s court packing.

This week, Democrats in the U.S. Senate are rushing to confirm at least five more judges. They include the following:
Anthony Brindisi, to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Elizabeth Coombe, to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Sarah Davenport, to the District Court for the District of New Mexico.
Tiffany Johnson, to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Keli Neary, to the U.S. District court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
In addition, there is talk that the Republicans and Democrats could come to an agreement that the Republicans will allow 13 of the judicial nominees and the Democrats will leave four open positions for President Trump to fill.
Biden’s nominees are extremely radical, and they will be in positions of power for decades. The impact that each judge will have is enormous. This is not a battle that we can lose!
There are two allies in the Senate. Both Sens. Joe Manchin (I-WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) have sided with the Republicans over the more extreme judicial nominees. Sen. Manchin even promised to vote no for any judicial nominees that didn’t have the support of at least one Republican. Now he is waffling on that commitment and seems to be wavering.
We need to remind Sen. Manchin and the rest of the Senate to stand firm on principles and reject these radical judges. President Trump is asking the Senate to stand firm in support because the voters have spoken.
One of the judicial nominees coming up this week is Anthony Brindisi. As a former member of Congress, he was a co-sponsor of the most extreme LGBTQ bill every introduced — the so-called “Equality Act.” This bill repeals the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. It places girls at risk in private spaces and sports. And it demands even churches and schools welcome and even celebrate the LGBTQ agenda.
This bill is so radical that it has been defeated repeatedly in the legislature. If confirmed, Brindisi could use his authority as a judge to impose these extreme views on those who appear before him.
If judges like Brindisi are confirmed, the LGBTQ activists won’t need to pass HR 15, the Equality Act.
President Donald Trump won. The people have spoken. Stop Joe Biden’s radical judicial nominees.
Fax the Senate and tell them to oppose these Biden judges today!
