Joe Biden wants to jam through some of the worst judges during his final weeks in office. If he succeeds, these activist judges will impact our nation for decades. One judge’s recent judicial confirmation is Nancy Abudu. Born in Ghana, Abudu worked for ACLU and the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).

For decades she pushed the LGBTQ agenda, illegal immigration, and election fraud. Her work also included “special litigation related to hate groups.” The SPLC considers any pro-family or Christian group to be a “hate group” which they seek to “destroy.”

Abudu even sought the help of the United Nations to pressure American courts to support automatic restoration of voting rights for criminals.

Now, Abudu has been confirmed to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is now one of 12 judges presiding over Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. After Abudu, there are dozens of other potential judges making their way through the process. Before this lame duck U.S. Senate session on Jan 3, there is so much damage that could happen.

Liberty is ours, but only if we defend it. Urge those in Congress to do their jobs, show up to vote, and use all the available tools to stop Joe Biden from packing the courts after the voters have rejected his administration.

At the 2007 Michigan Alliance Against Hate Crimes Conference, Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) Senior Fellow Mark Potok told the audience how the group battles their political enemies: “We try and tackle these groups. Let me say that our aim, and sometimes the press describes us as monitoring hate groups. I want to say plainly that our aim in life is to destroy these groups, to completely destroy them.”

Over the years, the SPLC “hate list” has been used in numerous ways to literally destroy groups and individuals. In 2012, an SPLC supporter attempted a mass shooting at the Family Research Council (FRC) because the FRC was listed on the SPLC’s “hate list.”

In 2017, another devotee used the SPLC’s hate list to target Republicans at a congressional baseball practice, wounding four and nearly killing U.S. House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA).

This is the agenda of the radical left to “completely destroy” anyone who disagrees with them. And this is the group that Abudu served for many years.

We need our Senators to show up and do everything they can to stop the judges currently up for nomination. The people have spoken. President Trump should be the one nominating judges, not Joe Biden.

Now that same SPLC “hate list” that triggered violent attacks on conservatives is being used by the Biden administration as an excuse to conduct warrantless financial surveillance and encourage banks to deny services to organizations listed on the SPLC’s hate list.

The House Judiciary Committee exposed how our own federal government was pressuring banks and financial institutions to SPY on and DENY SERVICES to anyone listed on the SPLC’s defamatory “hate list.” This included groups like Liberty Counsel, Family Research Council, and a host of other Christian and conservative groups. This is what the SPLC and our government is doing ... and Abudu was directly involved in this group.

Now she has the option of using her position to attack people of faith and organizations from the bench.

There are dozens of judges like Abudu that still are being pushed through the nomination process in the U.S. Senate now.

Just last week — after Biden-Harris lost the election, the White House announced two more judges for nomination: Benjamin Cheeks and Serena Murillo. They are pushing to confirm as many as possible before President Trump comes back to the White House.

Urge the U.S. Senate to listen to the voters who have already opposed the Biden-Harris regime.

All that was won on November 5 could be set back by judges who are appointed for life. Some judges who were appointed by Jimmy Carter in the 1970s are still on the bench. We cannot end our vigilance just because Kamala lost. We still have two full months before the White House changes hands. We need your help to make the most of it.
