Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) boasted that Democrats made “excellent progress” confirming Joe Biden’s judicial nominees and said, “I’m pleased to say that we have cleared the way to confirm many more judges...” Perhaps even the second-most of any president! That would be disastrous.

Joe Biden announced he wants the Senate to confirm Tali Farhadian Weinstein, a radical New York Democrat to the Southern District Court of New York. She spent more than eight million dollars campaigning for the New York County District Attorney in Manhattan to lead the lawfare prosecution against President Donald Trump — yet she still lost.

If Biden gets his way, Weinstein will have life tenure as a federal judge.

Weinstein is among dozens of judicial nominees Biden is trying to rush through the U.S. Senate at the eleventh hour. To put things in perspective: Judges that Jimmy Carter nominated 45-50 years ago are still serving on the bench.

The people have spoken with the election of Donald J. Trump and have rejected the Biden administration. Judicial nominations should be paused for the incoming president — Donald J. Trump.

Yet, some Republicans appear willing to negotiate to allow some of these radical nominees. This needs to stop. Judges have a huge impact on our nation. Urge the U.S. Senate to block any more of Joe Biden’s judicial nominees. Send your faxes now to Congress before it is too late!

Senate Democrats gloat that “We are in strong position to confirm many more judges...”

This congressional conveyer belt is spitting out judges left and right in the final weeks of Joe Biden’s tenure. These judicial nominees will have lasting impact for decades. This needs to be stopped or at least slowed down. Urge those in Congress to do their jobs, show up to vote, and use all the available tools to stop Joe Biden from packing the courts.

Anne Hwang was confirmed on Monday for the Central District of California. In addition, we expect that the U.S. Senate could be well on its way this week to confirming a handful of additional judges such as:

• Sparkle L. Sooknanan for the District of Columbia

• Brian Edward Murphy for the District of Massachusetts

• Cynthia Valenzuela Dixon for the Central District of California

• Catherine Henry for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania

Each of these nominations will wield enormous power for decades to come. If these confirmations continue at this rate, then Biden will have confirmed more judges than Donald Trump. And that’s their goal.

Already Biden has received confirmation on 220 judges, and he is still pushing for a large number of others to be confirmed.
