Joe Biden’s pick for a district judge, Sarah Morgan Davenport, was confirmed by the U.S. Senate less than 17 hours after a motion to file cloture.
Republicans just won all three branches of government only to turn around and fail in their duties to vet each and every judge. The U.S. Senate Republicans must hold the line against the activist judges being placed on the bench who can cause disruption for 40 to 50 years or more.
The people have spoken and soundly rejected the Biden-Harris agenda. Judges should be left for Donald Trump to nominate. Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) opposed U.S. Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh in 2018 and then supported U.S. Supreme Court Nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson, who couldn’t even define what a woman is!
In total, Sen. Murkowski voted with Obama over 70% of the time.
CONGRESS NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. Fox News described what is happening now as a “mad rush” of judicial confirmations. Urge U.S. Senators to STOP Joe Biden’s activist judges.

Here’s another one that Joe Biden just pushed through the Senate. Elizabeth C. Coombe was confirmed just over two hours after the cloture vote. Both Republican Sens. Susan Collins (Maine) and Lisa Murkowski voted for her.
Republicans instead of Kamala are casting the votes to perpetuate the failed status quo. U.S. senators must hear from you to stop Joe Biden’s last-minute push to confirm activist judges. We must demand that our senators show up and do their job to vote against Joe Biden’s judicial nominees.
Keli Marie Neary was confirmed on Tuesday.
She worked for the State of Pennsylvania and actively defended its invasive Contact Tracing program. This was one of the more egregious examples of contact tracing and included 661 individuals to track people during COVID.
In addition, she supported the state’s Mask Mandate programs during COVID. The mandate required people to wear a mask any time they left their home.
Neary was also part of the legal team defending election fraud and obscurity during the 2020 presidential election against Donald Trump. Our Liberty Counsel Action team was on site, and even though we had an attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and requested to observe for the Republican Party, the state still demanded that we “observe” the ballot counting through a doorway across a very large room where it was impossible to observe.
Now, her loyalty is being rewarded with this promotion. She does not deserve an appointment for life.
Send urgent faxes demanding U.S. senators show up and block Joe Biden’s radical judicial nominees. The voters have spoken, and Congress needs to listen to them.
Tiffany Rene Johnson is one of the youngest to be confirmed. At just 37 years old, she could serve as a judge for many decades. Her former law firm lists its No. 1 award coming from the Diversity Lab. The goal is to “create inclusive and equitable workplaces.”
Liberty Counsel Action is working hard every day on Capitol Hill demanding that members of Congress show up and cast their vote. This battle over judicial nominations is one of the most significant we will face until the new Congress is sworn in.
If we are silent, we could lose many battles over the next 50 years that will never reach the U.S. Supreme Court.
