Every Democrat senator has signed on to co-sponsor the so-called “Equality Act” (HR 15), which is the most extreme LGBTQ bill ever introduced in Congress. And this same group is actively pushing Joe Biden’s judges through as fast as they can before President Donald Trump retakes the White House.

These judges are bad news. If the Senate Democrats fail to pass HR 15, the judges they are pushing through will try to “legislate” this radical agenda from the bench. There is no time to delay.

The Equality Act is not about equality — if it were, the bill would not expressly revoke and destroy the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), leaving churches and religious organizations out in the cold. It would protect children, not harm them with drugs and mutilating surgeries. And it would not enshrine abortion. Yet these are precisely the policies of the Democrats. They will fight to the end to pass legislation and to confirm judicial activists for life.

Republicans can delay and even prevent these judges. But they must hear from you to show up and vote against Joe Biden’s court packing plan.

Communist countries relentlessly target churches and their schools to silence them. That is the same agenda of the LGBTQ mafia. There is no tolerance. HR 15 is evidence of their plan to force you to be a cheerleader for their debauchery and anarchy. The same ideology reflected in the misnamed “Equality Act” is the same ideology held by the judges they want to rush through to serve on the bench for life.

One example is Judge Mustafa Taher Kasubhai. Democrats tried three other times to confirm him and failed — until recently. As a lower court judge, he wrote a document that falsely claimed all heterosexual relationships are wrought with violence.

Judge Kasubhai forced the people in his courtrooms to use preferred pronouns over biologically accurate ones and wrote an essay advocating why other judges should do the same. This forces people to lie in court or face the wrath of the judge for contempt.

Imagine being dragged into court for nothing more than protecting preschool children from this LGBTQ indoctrination and then face contempt of court for even speaking the truth!

Children in school are being bombarded with indoctrination, and so-called “gender affirming” policies that hide this dangerous agenda from parents.

Chris Weaver led “worship” at his “church,” Zoe Ministries, in New York. Yet Chris would go straight from church to put on makeup and perform in drag as “Nedra Belle” at local specialized bars.

He even bragged to a reporter, “Listen, the children better be ready” for his drag queen performance as “Nedra Belle.”

Do you think judges like Kasubhai will protect religious freedom? They won’t. We cannot put people in power that will force churches and religious schools — pre-K through college — to submit to sin.

I am even more concerned about judges pushing their ideology with life tenure than the Equality Act itself. Don’t get me wrong — HR 15 is horrible. But there is always a chance to repeal it. But federal judges are appointed for life. Judges appointed by Jimmy Carter from the 1970s are still serving on the bench!

Judges imposed abortion on America in 1973, resulting in more than 63 million babies being slaughtered.

By a one-vote margin, judges imposed the oxymoronic same sex “marriage” on the states.

Judges have enormous power to mandate from the bench and it is virtually impossible to remove them from the federal bench.

The last judge who was impeached was Alcee Hastings. Nominated by Jimmy Carter in 1979, he was impeached by the U.S. House for bribery and perjury in 1988 and convicted by the Senate in 1989. After being removed from the bench, he was elected to the House as a Democrat in 1992, where he served until his death in 2021.

Many of Jimmy Carter’s nominees from the 1970s are still on the bench today. Judges confirmed today could be on the bench for 40-50 or more years.

Voters have rejected the Biden agenda — and that includes his activist judges. Fax Congress and tell them to act in accordance with the will of the people. Stop Biden’s court packing plan.
