The people spoke on November 5. Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and the Democrats in Congress know their time is short. And they are doing everything in the remaining days of the Biden-Harris administration to undermine the will of the people and to hobble President Donald Trump. Biden is pushing to get as many judges as possible through the Senate confirmation process.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) shoved 12 judges through the Senate in the first 11 days of this month. Every one of these judges holds the same worldview that permeates the party currently in power.

With the stroke of a pen, one judge can cause incalculable damage.

For example:

• Judge Melissa Owens struck down two Wyoming state pro-life laws with nothing more than her claims that they “violated” the state constitution by restricting protected health care.
• Judge Bruce Romanick ruled that a North Dakota pro-life law was “vague” and invented a “fundamental right to choose abortion.”
• Judges in Idaho are weighing several pro-life laws. They have not decided if they will allow these laws to stand or erase them with nothing more than a few words and a signature.

There is so much power in the pen and gavel. We cannot ignore the fact that Biden is filling these courts to the brim with the most radical personnel available to him — judges who can serve for 40 to 50 or more years.

And some Republican senators are silent! This must stop. Judges have a huge impact on our nation. Urge the U.S. Senate to fight and delay any more of Joe Biden’s judicial nominees. Send your faxes now to Congress before it is too late!

A recent nominee, Cynthia Valenzuela Dixon, was confirmed on Dec 10. She graduated from UCLA and then worked for a “Civil Rights” commission in Los Angeles. She then moved to the Department of Justice (DOJ) as a trial attorney. This is the same DOJ responsible for “preclearance” that it used to control even the most minute details of elections.

Whistleblowers exposed the close working relationship the DOJ has with groups like the ACLU, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and La Raza. And don’t forget George Soros and Mark Zuckerberg.

Maureen Riordan, a former DOJ employee and whistleblower, exposed the massive abuse already present within the DOJ. “Between 1992 and 2000, the voting section [of the DOJ] has been sanctioned over 2 million dollars!” Riordan said. In Johnson v. Miller, she said the court found “collusive misconduct by DOJ attorneys.”

Judge Dixon moved from the DOJ directly into a position as the head of national litigation at the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund. This radical group is infamous for its litigation blocking the federal government from even questioning citizenship on the 2020 Census. Judge Dixon’s group claimed the question was the product of a conspiracy by Donald J. Trump to decrease participation by immigrants in the U.S. Census ... of U.S. citizens.

With the open border crisis, the last thing we need is judges blocking efforts to secure the border.

And now Judge Dixon is a U.S. District Judge for the Central District of California — with LIFE TENURE!

These are the people Joe Biden is picking and Majority Leader Schumer is confirming, concerning whom some Republicans are silent. These judicial nominees will have an impact for decades.

Biden’s court packing must be stopped or at least slowed down.

Just this month, Democrats (and some Republicans, like Sens. Susan Collins of Maine and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska) confirmed the following judges:

• Anne Hwang.
• Brian Edward Murphy.
• Sparkle L. Sooknanan.
• Catherine Henry.
• Gail A. Weilheimer.
• Anthony J. Brindisi.
• Elizabeth C. Coombe.
• Sarah Morgan Davenport.
• Tiffany Rene Johnson.
• Keli Marie Neary.
• Cynthia Valenzuela Dixon.
• Noel Wise.
