Thomas Jefferson said that the power of judges is “the more dangerous as they are in office for life, and not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control.”

Today, judges have become what Jefferson feared. He once said: “You seem to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy.”

Today, the power judges wield cannot be overstated.

The real-life situation below illustrates why I am so exercised about Joe Biden rushing to pack the courts with activist judges in the waning hours left in office.

Mr. Clay Scott Francis exposed himself to a girls’ youth swim team in Washington state. This 45-year-old man sat completely naked, legs splayed open, in the steam room as the swim team — girls ages 6 to 18 — came in after practice. The girls were stunned. But instead of the man going to jail, it was the coach who was chastised for protecting the girls in her care. If these girls took this case before a Biden judge — well, good luck!

If Joe Biden’s judges are confirmed, we can expect judges who will side with people like Clay Scott Francis.

Urge those in Congress to do their jobs, show up to vote, and use all available tools to stop Joe Biden’s court packing.

After a routine practice, one of the team members, a 17-year-old girl, was headed for a shower when she saw a naked man sprawled out in the girls’ sauna. The girl fled the locker room for help.

Swim coach Tiffany Wright immediately confronted Mr. Francis. According to the police report, Miss Wright entered the girls’ sauna at which time she observed Mr. Francis in the same position as earlier. Miss Wright told Mr. Francis, “You need to leave.” She then asked the school staff to call the police.

In the meantime, one of Mr. Francis’ friends called the campus to complain that Francis’ so-called “female identity” had been called into question.

Suddenly, instead of commendations for protecting the young girls in her charge, the swim coach was accused of bigotry for daring to object to a naked man exposing himself to these young girls.

Ironically, Mr. Francis wants nothing to do with men. He describes himself as a pagan, a hedonist, a witch, and a “kinky transgender.” This middle-aged biological male insists he is a not a man or a woman but a “girl” … a “girl” who should be allowed to steam naked with young girls. His “OKCupid” entry states unequivocally: “DO NOT CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE A MAN.”

Yet, Francis has no compunctions about forcing his manhood on others against their will. In fact, Francis claims he has the right to expose himself, even to little girls. He publicly went on the offence. “This is not 1959 Alabama,” he claimed to local news media. “We don’t call the police for drinking from the wrong water fountain.”

Francis’ words about 1959 Alabama make clear what we have warned about all along — that sexual deviants (with help from Biden’s judges) would want to hijack racial equality laws for their own perverted use. These judges would have everything they need to make this legal leap by completely redefining certain words.

The voters have rejected the Biden agenda — and that includes his activist judges. Fax Congress and tell them to act in accordance with the will of the people.

Francis calls himself a “very sexual person” requiring “regular sexual activity” to “feel more balanced and healthy.” It is not hard to conclude that lacking willing partners, Mr. Scott “Fae Raven” Francis might choose to get his regular “activity” via voyeurism, or even worse, in the local girls’ locker room.

The next step after the LGBT is the “Q,” which stands for “Queer.” This word covers the entire universe of “sexual orientations” outside of LGBT — all 500+ things. This one letter “Q” even includes "minor-attracted individuals" (pedophilia). This is NOT an exaggeration! Every deviant behavior is covered by the “Q.”

The radicalism that is spreading across our nation is incredibly dangerous. Make no mistake, this is a real threat. These judges can paint a huge target on the backs of everyone brave enough to stand up for common sense.

One of the judicial nominees confirmed this month was Anthony Brindisi. As a former member of Congress, he was a co-sponsor of the most extreme LGBTQ bill every introduced — the so-called “Equality Act.” This bill repeals the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. It places girls at risk in private spaces and sports. And it demands even churches and schools welcome and even celebrate the LGBTQ agenda.

This bill is so radical that it has been defeated repeatedly in the legislature. If confirmed, Brindisi could use his authority as a judge to impose these extreme views on everyone who appears before him.

When judges like Brindisi are confirmed, the LGBTQ activists won’t even need to pass HR 15, the Equality Act. They will have a living “Equality Act” mandate from each bench.

Fax the Senate and tell them to oppose these Biden judges today!
