Merry Christmas! I wanted to take this special day to share a personal story where, had I not followed the Lord’s direction, I would almost certainly be dead right now. Obedience to the Lord saved my life.

And in saving my life, the Lord orchestrated a series of wins for religious freedom that would not have happened otherwise. Although I am the subject of the story, this is not about me, but rather about the awesome wisdom and love of our wonderful Creator, Healer, and Savior. Today, I’d like to share a story that I have not fully told publicly until recently.

My team’s immersion into COVID research began in February 2020. Then in March 2020, at the U.S. Capitol, we advocated for freedom up to the last moment on the last day that the Capitol was open to the public. At that time, we began privately warning about a global vaccination agenda to be accomplished by digital vaccine or health passports, tracing, tracking, and force.

At the same time, we began warning about the dangers and long-term uselessness of the COVID shots. Our concerns about people being forced to get the jab quickly became evident.

Little did I know at the time that obedience to the Lord’s gentle prompting would help my team uncover the critical research and medical relationships regarding COVID treatment protocols that would save my own life!

Now each day is a gift that I will never take for granted. I am thrilled to be alive. I am committed more than ever to be obedient to the Lord’s direction and be a voice of truth. And I am deeply thankful for YOU, the faithful Liberty Counsel Action supporter who has stayed with us throughout these many battles. I was very healthy. Two days prior, I did my normal workout. No problem.

Then on September 4, 2021, I tested positive for COVID. I had no symptoms initially, but within 24 hours my health deteriorated significantly. My D-Dimer test (used to measure blood clotting conditions) was 18,521, when the high limit is 500. My oxygen levels dropped to the 60s. I was close to death’s door.

Within just 10 days of testing positive, I reached a “fatal” condition.

Thankfully, my team’s research introduced me to amazing doctors. Had I gone to the hospital for Dr. Fauci’s deadly protocol, I would not be here today. I thank God each day for this research that saved my life.  I am indebted to my wife, Anita, and to these doctors — and most of all — to God!

Where Satan failed, Liberty Counsel Action has won major policy victories ever since that moment. These victories are so much sweeter with my renewed gratefulness for life. I am committed to fighting these battles to the finish line and I ask you to partner with me with your support.

But that’s not the end of the story. Obedience to the Lord unleashed wins that were nothing short of monumental. And that’s why I believe Satan attacked me with illness in the first place — to prevent Liberty Counsel Action from winning even larger victories for life and religious freedom that lie ahead.

Our team in D.C. fought continually for people to receive individual religious exemptions to these injections.

Beginning in March and April 2020, I warned that lockdowns and the closing of some businesses, schools, and churches would cause collateral damage, including increased depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, and sexual exploitation. I have never before wanted so badly to be wrong — but sadly, my predictions came true.

We had the privilege to walk through some incredibly deep valleys with our service members who were fighting their own leadership just to stay alive!

John* was relieved of his regular duties. This lieutenant colonel was confined to an empty office every day. There was no phone or computer, just an empty desk and white walls to stare at as he waited for his shift to pass. Superior officers regularly checked in to ensure John was not actually doing anything. This was psychological torture mimicking imprisonment, meant to break the mind and spirit of the soldier.

Frank* was a colonel stationed at a highly visible base in the West. Every morning, he and his fellow vaccination “refusers” were forced to perform what was intended to be a “walk of shame.” Frank and the service members were publicly paraded before the other troops, then taken behind a building facing the busiest road through the base to have their nasal passages deeply swabbed in full view of every one of the hundreds of people that passed by them. This was a psychological tactic meant to shame and demean resisters into compliance.

Janine* was just given her first battalion command as a lieutenant colonel after spending 24 years — including nine combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan — flying the dangerous aircraft-refueling planes that keep our fighting air wings fueled. Janine was stripped of her command and was told that regardless of what happens with her religious exemption, her military career was over whether she liked it or not. Because she refused the shots, she was been labeled “unfit.”

George* was a major in the Marine Corps. He, too, was informed that no matter what happened, his career with the military he loved and had served so well for years was over. He and his fellow service men and women were harassed and abused and had their legal rights violated and denied as they sought to serve God while in military service.

These are just a few of the thousands of people who reached out, begging for help. We worked tirelessly for those who defend our freedom.
