In 2023 alone, there were 642,700 reported chemical abortions in America. This represents a 10% rise over a three-year period. Chemical abortions now account for 63% of all abortions in the U.S. Mifepristone starves the baby of nutrition, resulting in death. Misoprostol then causes the uterus to contract and expel the baby. The usual result is a dead baby. These drugs have also caused serious injury and death for the mothers.

One of those cases is Oriane Shevin who lived in California. She was an attorney with two children. At 34 years old, deciding she didn’t want a third child, Oriane took the abortion pills. After being rushed by ambulance to Encino-Tarzana Regional Medical Center, she died from sepsis, a blood infection — leaving her two children without a mother.

Joe Biden’s FDA used COVID as an excuse to allow these drugs to be delivered by mail, without a physical exam or follow up — and it’s proving deadly. There are clinics shipping thousands of these drugs across state lines in direct defiance of state laws that limit or ban abortion.

It is time to crack down on these loopholes. Congress has the power to stop this mail-order murder. Urge Congress to investigate these abortion pills. Then demand Congress block these drugs from crossing state lines in violation of state laws.

For 20 years, the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) only allowed the abortion-inducing drug mifepristone to be dispensed AFTER a doctor did an in-person physical exam of the mother.

The FDA cited “safety concerns” as its reason for requiring the in-person rule. But under Joe Biden, the FDA suddenly walked back its own safety concerns. The head of the FDA wrote a letter urging doctors to prescribe the pills without seeing or examining these mothers and then shipping the dangerous abortion drug by mail with zero follow up.

That decision was deadly.

The most common cause of death to the mother from chemical abortion is sepsis, followed by drug toxicity/overdose, ruptured fallopian tubes, hemorrhage, and finally, suicide.

Additionally, the FDA warns that mothers with ectopic pregnancies should not take mifepristone, as it could cause further dangerous complications.

More than 2/3 of the adverse events required emergency surgery to save the mother’s life and future fertility after taking the abortion pill.

These are ALL known side effects of mifepristone. In fact, a quick look at the FDA’s own prescribing documents for mifepristone warns of the danger. The first page of the FDA disclosures on the mifepristone label includes a black box stating, “WARNING: SERIOUS AND SOMETIMES FATAL INFECTIONS OR BLEEDING.”

But that didn’t stop Biden’s administration. And sadly, it is STILL in place.

Congress can and must change this loophole. Urge Congress to investigate the abortion drug and ban interstate commerce of deadly drugs that violates the laws of the states.

America’s most prolific abortion drug just happens to be owned by an organization that openly promotes reducing the human population.

The Population Council, the organization that owns the patent rights to mifepristone, doesn’t seem to mind the increase in fatalities. In fact, the Population Council was founded upon, and continues to hold, the racist, eugenic “ideals” that some humans are more equal — and deserving to live — than others. The organization was founded in 1952 by John D. Rockefeller III and Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger with a stated objective to “reduce human population.”

In fact, the present-day FDA filing in this very case reveals that the despicably racist, eugenic beliefs of 70 years ago were a part of the Biden administration’s decision to change the policy around the abortion pill.

The FDA declaration to the U.S. Supreme Court claimed that children who are not aborted may face difficulties in school, and have “more behavioral and social issues,” lower education levels, poorer health, and “an increased likelihood of criminal involvement.”

The FDA submission strongly suggests that, based on these expectations, abortion is preferable to allowing the child to live. Put simply, the FDA — a federal agency — submitted a supporting declaration that claims children should be aborted because they are more likely to be unfit for school, adulthood, or society.

This is the very same racist, eugenic, and murderous trash Margaret Sanger and her Population Council buddies openly advocated decades ago — that some humans were “weeds” that needed exterminating. These same ideas are still being pushed by the last administration and were what led to the current active policy of our federal government.

Seventy years after proposing adding abortifacients and sterilization drugs to the water supply, the Population Council has done one better — mail-order delivery of a drug that not only kills the fetus, but sometimes also the supposedly “unfit” mother who conceived that child.
