Advancing Life and Liberty Through Action

As recently as last year, congressional Democrats were eager to clean up our food supply. Last year, Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) drafted a bill that sought to remove toxins from school lunch programs.
But now that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has committed what Democrats apparently view as the cardinal sin of leaving their party, those same congressional Democrats have abandoned the issue. And sadly, most Republican members of Congress have not picked up the ball.
But a poisoned food supply is not a partisan issue. And make no mistake, Big Ag and Big Pharma are colluding to poison us into becoming permanent patients, and therefore, customers for life.
The corporate American food and medicine system has managed to bribe, con, and cajole the U.S. government into poisoning its own citizens.
STOP Big Food & Pharma from poisoning America!

The U.S. allows more than 10,000 chemical additives into our food supply. In contrast, Europe allows just 338.
What’s the difference? Bugs in your birthday cake and gasoline on your kid’s cupcakes.
You may have heard that the FDA recently banned Red No. 3 food dye. It’s about time, because the FDA has known for over 40 years that this petroleum by-product is linked to thyroid cancer, among other adverse health conditions.
But the FDA did not ban other artificial food colors, despite equally damning data about detrimental health effects.
Yellow No. 6 (also known as tartrazine) is also derived from petroleum — the same stuff used to make gasoline. And for decades, the FDA has known that this oil industry by-product causes hyperactivity and behavioral problems in children, as well as cancer.
But even if a food is labeled “all natural,” you’re still not safe. That’s because the FDA allows food companies to LIE to trick consumers into thinking their food is safe and healthy.
Take, for instance, “carminic acid.” Also known as “natural red No. 4,” carminic acid is used to produce “all natural” food coloring and flavoring — most often in “all natural” cherry, strawberry, and raspberry flavors and “naturally” red dyed foods.
But “all natural” doesn’t mean the food has any of the above-mentioned fruit ingredients in it. “Natural red No. 4” carminic acid is made by crushing up the shells of cochineal bugs, treated with aluminum, and adding this toxic mess into foods. But since the FDA has deemed bugs to be “natural,” the public is being deliberately misled.
The problem? Lots of people are allergic to cochineal bugs, creating problems ranging from anxiety, short attention spans, behavioral problems, eczema, dermatitis, and anaphylactic shock, just to name a few.
So, if you’ve been making red velvet cake — which uses two full tablespoons of red food dye and topping it with yellow 6 frosting — you’ve served yourself and your family a host of behavioral problems and a double dose of gasoline-derived cancer ... with the FDA’s full knowledge and approval.
Clean up America’s toxic food supply!
But don’t worry, Big Ag and Big Food’s sister, Big Pharma, has a pill and a cream to sell you to address the issues their subsidiaries’ poisoned food has caused.
Monsanto, long known as the “biggest” of Big Ag, recently merged with Bayer Pharmaceuticals, the granddaddy of Big Pharma. Together, they create an effective “cradle to grave” pool of customers by feeding the populace disease- and disorder-causing chemicals, then providing pharmaceutical pills to “treat” the disorders their poisons created.
These companies, through the billions they have spent on campaign donations and lobbying efforts, combined with the revolving door they have created withing the U.S. Department of Health and Human Serivces, which includes the FDA, have created a system to keep Americans sick. Because healthy patients don’t pay, but sick people become patients (and therefore, customers) for life.
Demand Congress put a stop to the corporate poisoning of America!
Food coloring isn’t the only poison in our food supply. Over the coming days, I will be revealing far more poisons the FDA has approved. The data I will soon be revealing is even more shocking than what I have presented here. Food coloring is just the tip of the iceberg.
The American food system is corrupt to the core. It’s not just a corruption of plants; it’s a corruption of God’s entire creation — one that is actively killing God’s most beautiful creation — us, His precious children.
It’s time for Congress to do something about it.
As you do, please also consider funding our work on Capitol Hill. In addition to this grassroots activism campaign, our staff is meeting with legislators and members of the administration to guide them on godly principles of governing, including governmental accountability, the natural family, and life — which includes having a clean, non-toxic food supply. One of our platforms at Liberty Counsel Action is Responsible Government.
