U.S. District Judge Loren AliKhan issued a second ruling demanding that taxpayers continue to fund fraud, waste, and abuse — even after it has been exposed by President Trump’s administration.
This is infuriating; it flies directly in the face of everything that voters want President Trump and politicians to fix.
However, we cannot just get frustrated. We still have an important avenue to create permanent change. Congress can wipe out nonessential spending in the upcoming budget reconciliation.
In about two weeks, the new budget will be passed through what is called reconciliation. The good news is this budget reconciliation bypasses the 60-vote filibuster in the U.S. Senate. Thus, by a simple majority vote, we can effect massive change.
Demand Congress defund fraud, waste, and abuse, and stop funding anti-American projects that undermine our core values.
We are just 16 days away from a government shutdown — unless Congress passes a continuing resolution or new budget.
This is an incredibly short time to pass a budget before midnight, March 14. Right now, nearly every federal agency is working to comply with President Trump’s directive, but Congress must comply.
Eliminating obscene spending is not an option if we want America to survive.
Urge Congress to use this opportunity to wipe out nonessential government spending.
The EPA gave 2 million dollars to Power Forward Communities. That is a “nonprofit” with not just one but “multiple” partnerships with left-wing groups founded by none other than Stacey Abrams.
This is in addition to nearly 160 million dollars the EPA gave to a Canadian electric bus manufacturer to make buses — for Canadians!
Rather than offering a down payment and the rest upon receipt of each bus, our government PAID THE FULL AMOUNT, 159.2 million dollars. Now this company is declaring bankruptcy, while 95 million dollars' worth of buses have not been manufactured!
It wasn’t even fraud that enriched Americans or helped our economy! It went to foreign shysters.
Now — much like what happens when you take away a bully’s stolen candy — some are pitching a fit. We have every expectation that they will again turn to the courts in an attempt to force taxpayers to fund gross fraud and waste in every single agency. Congress must turn off the spigot NOW.
Congress passed the continuing resolutions (CR) that are responsible for this gross fraud and outrageous waste. It is time to hold their feet to the fire.
We have the opportunity to permanently wipe out this obscene and immoral spending. Right now, Congress is preparing a continuing resolution during budget reconciliation. This only needs a majority vote to pass the Senate. Urge Congress to use this CR to wipe out nonessential government spending.
Congress is coming down to the wire with a continuing resolution on what aspects of the government will be funded. Right now, Elon Musk is racing against the clock to find as much abuse as possible to get it pulled out of the next budget before the money is gone and the books are cooked.
Our team on Capitol Hill is working to help expose this and encourage key legislators to stand firm against this government waste and unthinkable fraud. When you give today, you help us demand that Congress permanently end this now. Sign up for a recurring gift. And remember, our Challenge Grant will DOUBLE THE IMPACT OF YOUR GIFT.
