Frightened parents reached out to us for help. Their baby girl was delivered six weeks premature. Yet, the hospital injected this tiny baby with the COVID mRNA shot — without the knowledge or consent of either parent!

The newborn’s arm turned black after this injection. She faced a life-threatening adverse reaction. The COVID shot and a long list of others continue to be recommended by the government health departments and pushed by Big Pharma without any thought of side effects or adverse reactions when the shots are combined or given one after the other.

Many people have been injured or died from vaccines, including the COVID shots. But no matter the culpability of the pharmaceutical industry, there is no justice for these people because Big Pharma is IMMUNE from liability for anything labeled a “vaccine.”

Liberty Counsel Action is working with members of Congress urging them to overturn the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986, a law that might as well be called the Big Pharma Protection Act, which makes taxpayers like us pay for Big Pharma’s crimes.

We need your immediate help to right this wrong. FLOOD CONGRESS with demands to REPEAL immunity and END the Big Pharma Protection Act.

On CNN, Don Lemon preached, “Don't get the vaccine, and you can't go to the supermarket. Don't have the vaccine. You can't go to the ball game. Don't have a vaccine, can't go to work.... We continue to waste our breath on people who are just not going to change. Their, you know, circular logic — they just keep going back and saying, ‘It's my freedom. It's whatever. I'm free.’ ... There's no logic to it. It's not about freedom, it's not about anything.”

Marxists don’t want you to have a free choice.

On the network that claims to be “The Most Trusted Name in News,” Lemon (who has since left the network) publicly advocated that food and outdoor activities be denied people who don’t get injected. He hoped that loss of employment, starvation, or house arrest would force these people to inject an experimental drug into their body!

This is dangerous. Like in Nazi Germany, the media, corporations and even many in the medical community were complicit and continue to push the Big Pharma narrative.

If a drug causes injury or death, Big Pharma can be sued. Many drugs have been withdrawn from the market because of class action litigation. But if a “vaccine” causes injury or death, Big Pharma is immune from suit. Vaccines are all profit with not liability or accountability.

This is a huge threat to freedom and to our health!

For some, quitting their job is not an option. Men and women in the military cannot give a two-week notice. If they do not take a particular jab, some will face discharge and even a complete loss of their GI Bill benefits and retirement! If they take a “vaccine” and are injured, there is no recourse.

The U.S. Army signed a deal paying Pfizer 3.5 billion dollars for 500 million doses. Claims are that this is to be distributed in Africa, but we are still working with many in the military who are still facing fallout and punishment from these shot mandates.

And many parents now regret loading up their kids with vaccines. I know too many parents whose kids began exhibiting autism immediately after a series of vaccines. For these parents, there is no recourse. Big Pharma will not be held accountable until the 1986 law is repealed.

Pharmaceutical companies are reaping billions of dollars of profits, while the law makes us pay for the damage their shots knowingly caused to others.  NO ONE SHOULD BE FORCED and EVERYONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO RECEIVE JUSTICE WHEN INJURED.

Demand Congress END the Big Pharma Protection Acts so that the corporations that cause this harm are held accountable, not you and I being stuck with the bill!

For many people, it was not voluntary to get these shots. Even though they were experimental and had a LONG list of known complications. Many people were forced against their will. I cannot begin to share the pleas for help, we personally hear on this injustice. Here are a few, out of thousands, just to remind you of real people who were harmed:

• Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health demanded all employees get the shot or be fired. One wrote, "This decree is affecting at least 10,000 employees who do not want the shots.”

• An NCAA athlete at a Christian university was denied religious exemption. The student was told to get the injection or be removed from the team.

• One student in the final semester of a nursing school that had mandated everyone must get the jab. “I had COVID.... I have severe Mitral Valve Prolapse. My cardiologist sent a letter to the hospital asking for medical exemption. They denied my exemption.”

We must hold accountable the corporations whose “vaccines” cause injury.
