This past week, John Stemberger attended a meeting in which he heard horrible stories about the abortion pill. Even children in pro-life states are not safe. About 8,000 babies are killed every month by abortion pills mailed to states where abortion is severely limited or banned altogether.

In total, more than 6 million mothers have turned into murderers using these pills since 2000. Sadly, the scene of this crime is usually their own home. Many of these young women believe the lies that a baby is “just a clump of cells” when they are told the pill will solve their “problem.” Alone, they experience what many describe as the worst pain of their life. In fear of dying, and often with blood everywhere, they come face to face with the child they murdered staring back at them and floating in the toilet.

The trauma this causes is hard to describe. And since it usually happens in their own bedroom and bathroom, every time they go there, these spaces become painful reminders that their “choice” cost them their child’s life. The condemnation and guilt are overwhelming.

The level of evil, fear, and trauma these women are facing is crushing, with no warning and zero support afterward from Planned Parenthood. Right now, 699.3 MILLION of our tax dollars are supporting this evil organization. Additional tax dollars are going to other abortion providers.

This needs to stop. We are expecting President Trump to release his budget, and it could be soon. We are already hearing from certain Republicans that they lack the resolve to defund clinics that provide abortions. Hold Congress accountable with as many faxes as possible to demand that ALL abortion providers receive zero tax dollars.

In 2023 alone, there were 642,700 reported chemical abortions in America. This represents a 10% rise over a three-year period. Chemical abortions now account for 63% of all abortions in the U.S. Mifepristone starves the baby of nutrition, resulting in death. Misoprostol then causes the uterus to contract and expel the baby.

The usual result is a dead baby that is well formed enough to be recognized. Women have taken their child into their hands and, weeping with regret, apologize for what they have done.  

Beyond the murders of these babies and the deaths of these mothers, Planned Parenthood’s financial waste is staggering. The CEOs are paid hundreds of thousands of dollars.

We have an unprecedented opportunity to save lives and end taxpayer funding of abortion. We must speak up and push across the finish line.

We are working tirelessly to prepare resources and meet with members of Congress. Our team is very active and has developed a good reputation on Capitol Hill. The quality of our work is well known by members of Congress.  

Sadly, the trauma from the abortion pill is far worse than an abortion performed by a third party at a clinic. In that case, the woman never sees the baby she just killed. But in chemical abortions, women see their baby. And, worse, they have a direct hand in killing their child.  

These stories need to be told, and women need to be warned. That is why we are working to stop taxpayer funding of abortion and to tell these stories before it’s too late.

We are seeing God throw open new doors like never before. Our team is challenged and stretched to rise to this need and fully embrace these new opportunities. We see so much that God has done in the last few years preparing us for these moments.  

However, at the same time, our support is down because of email censorship, and we are not meeting our budget for this month or the previous two.  

God is laying on our hearts to use this time to expand our pro-life efforts in new ways that will stretch us even further.

It is time to end abortion funding. It is time for Congress to act now to codify defunding Planned Parenthood. Help us demand this from Congress.
