Urgent call to defund and dismantle the DOE . . .

Those who like the broken education system that is destroying the minds of our children are defending the wasteful and weaponized Department of Education (DOE). Eight of the most radical states filed a lawsuit demanding our tax dollars continue pouring into worthless and damaging DEI “training” for teachers. This week a judge extended an injunction to keep the money flowing. Every day that goes by is very costly!

Urgent! Flood Congress with faxes demanding immediate action! 

Defund the DOE!

President Donald Trump is doing everything he can to improve education by getting the DOE out of the way, but Congress must get involved. The DOE was created by Congress, and Congress must defund and then dismantle it.  

Democrats are lining up to defend the DOE, which Jimmy Carter created in 1979 to get the teachers’ unions to back him in his failed race against Ronald Reagan. 

The DOE has targeted Christian universities with millions in fines, but when a public school did the exact same thing (or worse), the DOE did NOTHING. 

When girls were victims of r*pe, the DOE did nothing to protect them and instead it sided with the boy who abused them in the girls’ bathroom! 

The DOE's policies have led to declining educational standards, financial mismanagement, and attacks on faith-based institutions and parental rights. The next generation needs you to speak out NOW to protect them! 

Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) introduced HR 899, a bill designed to dismantle the DOE by the end of 2026. But to keep this bill from stalling, we need to FLOOD Congress with demands to hold the DOE accountable — today! 

This bill will return control of education to state and local authorities, empowering parents and communities to make decisions that best serve their children's needs. But Congress is wavering. They need to hear from you. Tell them to act now.
