Dana faced a list of seemingly impossible hurdles and gave up on her pregnancy. That decision almost killed her. Planned Parenthood ignored her, fed her lies, and took away life.  

The Big Abortion industry should never be funded by our tax dollars. But now, even under a pro-life White House and Congress, our funds are still flowing to these Big Abortion providers through loopholes.

With President Trump’s new budget to be released in April, we now have a real chance to stop funding Planned Parenthood and Big Abortion. But we need Congress to mobilize and vote.

Dana was going through a divorce when she reconnected with an old friend. The pain she was facing drove her to seek his comfort. After a short time, she learned she had become pregnant. Though she wasn’t thrilled about this revelation, she was OK with moving forward. Then the morning sickness hit. It was really bad. When she went to the doctor, she realized that she wasn’t carrying one or two babies. She was pregnant with triplets.   

She was fine with that until one day, a mutual friend called Dana to inform her that the father was using illegal IV drugs. This single phone call rocked her whole world.    

Dana panicked. Immediately, lies and fear filled her mind. What if her babies were born disabled or drug-addicted due to his drug use? Studies show his particular drug use would only cause a miscarriage, at worst, but Dana didn’t know that fact. Her mind raced on. She feared she wouldn’t be able to properly care for babies with disabilities on her own.     

The panic and fear were so overwhelming that Dana decided to have an abortion. She called Planned Parenthood and scheduled her abortion for the very next day.

At that point, Dana was four and a half months — about 18 weeks, or halfway through her pregnancy. Her babies were about 6 inches long, and she was on the cusp of finding out if they were boys or girls. Their hearing was already developed.  

... But what those babies heard the next 24 hours was heartbreaking.  

“I remember that day when I walked in there. I remember what I was wearing. I remember how I was shaking, and I was crying,” Dana said. “I go back to that time and think maybe if they [Planned Parenthood] had turned me away and said this doesn’t look like something you want to do. If they had told me to think about it a little longer. Why didn’t they just tell me to go home? I would have never gone back. But they didn’t” (emphasis added).

One of the last things those babies heard was their mother crying.

That day, Planned Parenthood completely ignored her distress and instead pushed forward to get their paycheck, murdered all three babies, and devastated this sobbing mother. Not a single staff member questioned Dana that day. No one asked if she wanted to go through with the abortion. No one asked her if it was her choice. This is not a professional organization that cares for women.

Planned Parenthood ignored Dana’s obvious distress and sent her down the conveyor belt of dead babies.

These Big Abortion clinics don’t care about women. They don’t care about choices. They only care about profits. They, in no way, deserve taxpayer funding. Congress MUST defund them. Demand action now to end taxpayer funding of Big Abortion.

This story wasn’t over for Dana. It took Planned Parenthood two hours to “complete” the D&E dismemberment abortion. Dana went home, in shock and pain. However, she continued to bleed heavily. After a week went by, she came back to Planned Parenthood where she learned that baby parts were still inside of her. She had to have a second abortion procedure.  

“I survived what a lot of women don’t survive,” she said. “I still had baby parts in my body. So I had two abortions. I didn’t have one. Because their little baby parts were still left inside me. And that makes you feel like that last piece of them is trying to hold on to you.”  

Planned Parenthood should not have carried out the abortion while Dana was in clear emotional distress, but the staff did not seem to care. And taxpayer dollars should not fund abortion.

If we remain silent, the murders continue, the killers are protected, and Big Abortion businesses keep raking in hundreds of millions of dollars in government handouts.
