Advancing Life and Liberty Through Action

A judge in Maryland is trying to dictate how a foreign country handles one of its citizens who entered the U.S. illegally and was then returned to his home country, El Salvador. This judge recently demanded that her opinion override not only federal immigration law and U.S. foreign policy but also foreign nations.
We are witnessing a judicial coup — and the lies the media is spinning to feed this are outrageous.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia was in the United States illegally before the Trump administration returned him to El Salvador (where he was born), a nation willing to detain and prosecute members of the infamous transnational criminal organization Tren de Aragua.
Garcia is no saint. His wife accused him of beating her, and courts ruled not once but twice, finding ties between him and this brutal gang. The White House stated that he was already over international airspace when the judge ruled, so to comply would give this single judge control over not only the United States but also over international airspace completely OUTSIDE the jurisdiction of the court!
The judge also wants to dictate how the president of El Salvador will accommodate its citizens! It is time to rein in these judges with the “No Rogue Rulings Act” (NORRA). This will block them from issuing nationwide injunctions for individuals or groups that are not parties to the case. This will significantly curtail nationwide injunctions that exceed the authority of the courts.
Urge the Senate to pass the No Rogue Rulings Act (NORRA) and end the judicial overreach where a single judge dictates national policy.

Judge Paula Xinis, a lower-level federal judge from Maryland, has decided she has the power to overrule the president, dictate foreign detention policy, and manage another nation’s internal security operations.
She’s claiming the United States government violated international human rights treaties by sending Garcia to El Salvador — even though:
Garcia is not a U.S. citizen.
He entered the U.S. illegally.
His new wife, a U.S. citizen, says he beat her until she was bloody.
According to Homeland Security, he was arrested with rolls of drugs and cash, with two other MS-13 members, and wearing gang-related clothing.
He was located in international airspace when this judge stepped in, according to the White House.
And the U.S. Constitution gives foreign policy authority to the president — NOT to judges.
Congress MUST act. Other nations’ citizens do not have a “constitutional right” to come to America illegally, nor do they have the right to stay here illegally.
This is madness. The courts need to be restrained.
Tren de Aragua is mushrooming across the nation. This gang routinely engages in human smuggling, drug trafficking, extortion, and even assassinations. The “Tren de Aragua is not just a street gang — it is a highly structured terrorist organization that has destroyed American families,” said Attorney General Pam Bondi. New gang activities were found in 20 states and not just along the border. This gang has spread as far away from our southern borders as Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and Wisconsin — and this is just one of the gang threats in our nation stemming from illegals.
Meanwhile, many in the media are spinning the lies that ICE is “arresting” U.S. citizens. But Fox News confirmed that while U.S. citizens in compromising locations were being detained to confirm their identity, they are arrested only if they have outstanding warrants (which is the same thing that happens during a routine traffic stop).
Judges have no authority to set the international detention standards of a foreign nation. Judges cannot usurp the roles of the president, the secretary of state, and the head of ICE.
This is not how the Constitution works.
This is the exact abuse of power of which our Founders warned.
The judicial branch was never intended to dictate foreign policy or immigration enforcement. Those powers rest with the executive, as clearly outlined in Article II of the Constitution, while Congress holds the power to restrict federal courts. But until Congress acts, activist judges are usurping authority, rewriting the law from the bench, and weaponizing their rulings to undermine the president.
This isn’t justice. It’s judicial activism run amok. And the American people are the ones paying the price.
This is bigger than one case. It’s bigger than one judge.
If Congress does not act, we will see more judges emboldened to control the president, disrupt international partnerships, and jeopardize our homeland security — all without consequence.
But if Congress hears from YOU — thousands of constituents demanding action — we can force change. Liberty Counsel Action is leading the charge to rein in judicial abuse, and we need your support right now to restore constitutional balance in our nation.
Thank you for standing with us in defense of liberty, law, and life.
