On the day that we honor those who have died to protect our freedom, radicals are working to strip it away. There are 214 U.S. House and 47 U.S. Senate Democrats who co-sponsored the so-called “Equality Act.” To add insult to injury, they introduced it on the National Day of Prayer, when national leaders were gathering in D.C.

This misnamed bill undermines free speech and free exercise of religion. No one will escape its reach — because it even applies when making occasional sales on the internet from your home!

The story below illustrates my point.

A Christian homemaker selling inspirational mugs was targeted by LGBTQ activists for refusing to promote “queer” ideology from inside her home. Now she’s under fire — and the radical Equality Act in Congress threatens to make her case the law of the land.

The Equality Act (HR 15 and S 1503) is not about equality — if it was, the bill would not expressly state that the Religious Freedom Restoration Act shall not be a defense! This is the most expansive, freedom-crushing bill to ever come out of Congress!

Please rush your urgent fax to the U.S. House and Senate to stop Republicans from caving to the LGBTQ agenda.

Hope* wanted to honor God through her creative work online. But when she declined to print a mug celebrating “queers” — a term that now includes a long list of perversions — her religious freedom was attacked. The LGBTQ advocates have no tolerance for people of faith.

And now, members of Congress are pushing the Equality Act of 2025, a shocking bill that would eliminate basic religious protections, force churches and businesses to conform to LGBTQ ideology, and even allow men into women’s private spaces. If this bill becomes law, it will codify the worst aspects of this agenda and punish anyone who dares to stand in the way.

It’s not just the home that is under attack. Churches (including religious schools) must have the right to teach the next generation biblical values.  Communist countries relentlessly target churches to silence them. That is exactly the goal of HR 15.

Imagine your children at church or Christian school being taught by a male “drag queen,” and the church and school is powerless to say, “No, this violates our biblical beliefs!” Seems far-fetched? It’s not.

The “Equality Act” will force churches and religious schools — pre-K through college — to remain silent and submit.

Send faxes immediately to fight against this outrageous bill.

Not only will churches and religious schools face costly lawsuits, but they’ll also lose their tax exemption, and schools will lose accreditation. For most schools, especially colleges and universities, loss of accreditation is a death sentence. Remember the for-profit ITT Technical Institute? It closed after losing accreditation. With students unable to get student loans or go on to graduate school, the loss of accreditation is devastating.

The “Equality Act” will also force churches and religious organizations that perform marriage ceremonies to provide the facilities for same-sex ceremonies … or face crushing lawsuits.

Abuse shelters for women will be forced to allow men to sleep in the same rooms with women. Churches will be forced to allow boys to sleep with girls on overnight trips.

The “Equality Act” will affect everyone — including the individual working part time from home providing goods or services online. It is a massive expansion of the federal government.

Time is short and every vote counts. Everyone reading this email should respond by sending a fax and/or signing our petition.

Now Congress is jumping into the fray, trying to pass the most egregious “Equality Act” yet.

This is not one or two legislators; it is 214 House and 47 Senate Democrats teaming up to replace women’s rights with “queer” rights.

We have fought this legislation for years, and every year, the Democrats not only bring this sick and twisted bill back to the floor, but they also make it even more deviant.

The Equality Act of 2025 seeks to:

• Overturn every ban on men in women’s locker rooms and showers.
• Overturn city and state obscenity laws that ban obscene drag queen burlesque and strip shows for children.
• Federally ban Christian change counseling for patients seeking to heal gender dysphoria and unwanted unnatural desires.
• Specifically revoke Section 1107 of the Civil Rights Act and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, which in turn:
  
  • Forces churches and Christian schools to hire transvestites, pedophiles, and promote “queer” ideals.
  • Forces ALL businesses and individuals, even Christian ones in their homes, to set aside their religious freedom beliefs and rights to instead promote “queer” ideals.

If this bill passes, every protection we have won for women and children against the obscenities and recruiting efforts of the LGBTQ agenda will be overturned. Every battle we have fought for religious freedom will be impacted, and America the Brave will turn into “America the Queer.”
