The “Equality Act” was recently introduced in BOTH the U.S. House and Senate. If it becomes law, it will — for the first time ever in America — force everyone to comply with a damaging LGBTQ agenda. We absolutely MUST stop the “Equality Act.” It will not just infringe on religious freedom in America ... it will obliterate it.

On more than one occasion, Republicans have caved before the LGBTQ+ lobby. Every legislator needs to hear from you now! Demand that Congress blocks this bill with your immediate faxes.

Democrats are rushing the Equality Act forward. All they need is a few Republicans, some of whom voted for this bill in the past. Rep. Mark Takano (D-CA) is chair of the Congressional Equality Caucus. He stated, “We reintroduce the Equality Act as our declaration that freedom and dignity are the birthright of every American. We will not rest until full equality is the law of the land” (emphasis added).

Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) said, “We will not tolerate discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity – just like religion, race, or ethnicity. Equality is not a privilege, it’s what we’re all owed as American citizens, and I’m committed to making that promise a reality” (emphasis added). She is one of the co-sponsors in the Senate.

In the face of these attacks on freedom, Congress needs to be held accountable. The “Equality Act” must be stopped! Send faxes immediately to fight against this outrageous bill.

It's difficult to communicate the far-reaching impact this bill would have if passed.

In America, churches and people of faith have always had the freedom to live out their faith. Until now. This bill would completely strip that away.

However, it goes far beyond just applying to your church or business. It governs homes through individuals dabbling in online sales of a good or service or program! This bill applies to “any gathering” and is not limited to a “physical facility or place.”

This nightmare legislation even applies to any “perceived” slight against someone who was associated in the past with anyone who is LGBTQ. It includes “beliefs.” This means you could owe court-mandated “damages” for something that is entirely in a person’s head.
