Advancing Life and Liberty Through Action
Jun 17, 2025
Today, Liberty Counsel Action released a shocking 80+ page exclusive report summarizing our investigation into abortion pills and human remains entering our water supply. This harmful violation of both state and federal medical waste laws (as of the present) is completely uncontrolled. The consequences are grave.
Tomorrow, our team will be meeting with high-level officials in Washington, D.C., to discuss this threat to our water supply. But we need your help to push this issue into both the public, congressional, and the administration’s awareness. Our report is explosive.
Among the shocking findings, over 40 tons of chemically tainted fetal remains and abortion drug byproducts are entering our water. The FDA and EPA not only failed to study the potential adverse impact of this waste but also actively ignored federal law.
It was 25 years ago under Bill Clinton when the FDA declared that the impact of the drug on our environment would be minimal; hence, no further study was completed. But now these pills have become the most common method of abortion, and estimates indicate that we’ve pumped millions of abortion pill residuals — with their long-lasting effects — into our water.
And this is more than just the abortion pill chemicals. Human remains are being flushed down the toilets. It is deeply concerning that our water plants are being used as de facto disposal sites for human remains.
Fax Congress to peel back the layers, investigate abortion pills, and protect our water supply.
Our investigation, titled “Abortion in Our Water: Chemical Home Abortions & the Disposition of Aborted Fetal Remains," exposes a chilling pipeline of death and pollution:
Women are being told to flush their aborted babies down the toilet.
These human remains and dangerous drug residues (mifepristone metabolites) are entering our water and sewer systems, contaminating public water sources.
According to the EPA itself, most waste plants can’t filter out these chemicals. Abortion pill metabolites likely survive filtration and reenter our drinking supply.
Wastewater treatment plants are not designed to handle human tissue or pharmaceutical waste — and yet they’re being treated like abortion clinic trash cans.
The Bible commands us to “defend the weak” (Ps. 82:3) and to not “shed innocent blood” (Jer. 22:3). Yet every day, our water systems are soaked with the blood and remains of the unborn. This is a revoltingly vile reality, and it is a national disgrace and a public health crisis.
Demand Congress, the EPA, and FDA hold hearings and stop this public health crisis.
Here's another disturbing fact: These drugs act as endocrine disruptors, potentially harming fertility and development in both humans and animals. Infertility is now affecting 1 in 6 people. The same compounds used to end life in the womb are more than likely being recycled into the water we drink.
There has been no actual environmental study by the FDA or EPA on the impact of these abortion pill metabolites. No hearings. No safeguards. Just silence. And behind it all: Planned Parenthood and Big Abortion profits off of pills they know will kill and pollute.
Mifepristone was approved in part based on a 1996 environmental assessment that never even considered fetal remains entering the water. The FDA knew. The EPA knew. They ignored it.
Now it’s up to you and me to demand immediate action.
Our team already had one meeting in D.C., and tomorrow we have another significant meeting. Please pray for our meeting and our efforts to expose this public health crisis.
Please support our work with your generous contribution.
