New Weather Manipulation Bill Introduced

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) introduced HR 4403 this week to address weather manipulation and activities like cloud seeding. Fox News just ran an informative article about the new Florida law that went into effect July 1, thanks in part to the education efforts of Marla Maples.

Did you know that the World Meteorological Organization adopted guidelines in 2017 advising members not to perform weather modification activities? There is good reason to be concerned about weather modification.

It is critical that legislators on Capitol Hill hear from you urging them to investigate and halt these experiments on our weather and air. Send your urgent faxes to Congress now.

China is involved in a massive, global-scale weather manipulation. It is the largest weather-modification program in history. Indeed,

 “China has carried out nearly 559,000 weather modification operations since 2002, launching more than 900,000 rockets and 8.85 million shells. The effort created an estimated 489.7 billion tons of rainfall. The country's weather modification system employs 47,700 people, and has an arsenal including more than 7,034 rocket launchers, more than 50 planes and nearly 6,902 guns.” With this equipment, China was “dispensing 26,158 pounds of dry ice, 1,487 pounds of silver iodide, and 2,300 gallons of liquid nitrogen.”

Their programs include drought relief, hail suppression, and even event weather control — like during the 2008 Beijing Olympics and national celebrations — but scientists warn that altered rainfall disrupts ecology, harms aquatic ecosystems, and may rob downwind regions of needed water.

Worse, silver iodide doesn’t vanish after falling — it lingers in soil and waterways and can bioaccumulate in fish and aquatic organisms. This raises serious questions about Chinese seafood exports to the U.S. being potentially contaminated.

HR 4403 will require full transparency of foreign weather-modification operations, prevent contamination of U.S. supply chains, and protect our national resources from unchecked “weather wars.”

Marla Maples, who was key in passing Florida’s law on this, took this battle nationally this week through a Fox News article advocating for cleaner skies.

Robert Kennedy Jr., head of Health and Human Services, posted, “Twenty-four states move to ban geoengineering [of] our climate by dousing our citizens, our waterways and landscapes with toxins... This is a movement every MAHA [advocate] needs to support. HHS will do its part.”

In addition, Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin recently announced resources to address public questions and concerns about geoengineering. “I want you to know EVERYTHING I know about these topics, and without ANY exception.”

These are very real threats and concerns, but from our time on Capitol Hill, we know that legislators are concerned about the opinions of voters. They pay more attention to you!

They need to hear from you to support HR 4403. Congress must investigate and halt these weather experiments before it’s too late. Send your faxes to Congress to support this bill.

HR 4403 is the first serious federal step to shine light on experimental weather-modification programs. But this bill won’t go anywhere without a groundswell of grassroots support.
