BREAKING: Autopen Shadow Government

Jul 22, 2025

Shadow Government by Auto Pen

While You Were Sleeping is no longer just a movie title — it’s how the Oval Office may have been run under Joe Biden.

On Friday, yet another key White House aide invoked the Fifth Amendment, refusing to answer questions about the use of an autopen to sign executive actions. Were these without Biden’s approval or knowledge?

Pleading the Fifth isn’t about avoiding awkward questions. It’s a legal shield used to avoid self-incrimination — because answering truthfully could expose criminal behavior.

“It's unbelievable that Ms. Tomasini and others refuse to answer basic questions about President Biden’s fitness to serve,” said House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer. He said, “they would rather hide key information to protect themselves and Joe Biden than be truthful with the American people about this historic scandal.”

The autopen, and the former Biden staff invoking the Fifth Amendment, raises a chilling question: Who was really running the country?

Was there a bloodless coup in the Oval Office?

Demand accountability from those who usurped the power of the presidency! Tell Congress and the Department of Justice to investigate, prosecute, and hold the people accountable who ran a shadow government.

The U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 7, Clause 2 says for any bill, if the president “approves, he shall sign it.”

That clause doesn’t say “his staff shall sign it.” It requires a personal act of will by the president himself. Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 provides that the president has power to grant pardons. The Constitution places executive authority in one man — not in anonymous aides or autopens.

This is not a partisan issue. It’s a governance crisis. Did we have an elected president making decisions — or an unelected cabal pushing policy while Biden slept?

Biden Didn’t Know What He Signed

Speaker Mike Johnson shared a disturbing moment when he pressed Biden about an executive order halting liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports — a move that weakened U.S. allies and empowered Putin. Biden denied it.

He claimed he had only “approved a study.” But the order had already been signed, halting all distribution of LNG to our allies.

Johnson then realized: “He was not lying to me. He genuinely did not know what he had signed.” Now we know Biden probably didn’t sign it.

Johnson left that meeting with “fear and loathing.” Because if Biden isn’t making the decisions — who is?

Urge Congress and the Department of Justice to expose and prosecute any unelected operatives who took over the Oval Office and ran it however they pleased.

Executive Orders. Pardons. Murderers. Oh my!

This goes far beyond an autopen. It includes the release of nearly 4,000 federal criminals under Biden’s autopen signature.

Among them: Adrian Peeler — connected to the double murder of 8-year-old BJ Brown and his mother. BJ had witnessed a gang killing. He agreed to testify against Adrian’s brother, so these monsters tracked down BJ and his mom — and executed them in cold blood in their own home. Despite eyewitness testimony, Adrian was only convicted of conspiracy to commit murder and drug crimes.

And now — thanks to the autopen, Adrian is released, with no remorse for these killings.

Democrat Senator Richard Blumenthal, who served as Connecticut’s attorney general at the time, said: “It seems to me that someone dropped the ball here to let this person get released.

Did Biden really sign this? Or did someone else? We need to expose this and hold people accountable.

It’s Time to Investigate and Prosecute

Liberty Counsel Action is mobilizing right now. We’re demanding a full congressional investigation into this “autopen presidency.”

Congress must answer:

  • Who approved the executive orders?
  • Who issued the pardons?
  • And if not Biden — who was exercising presidential power?

Every manipulated signature, every unconstitutional action, and every abuse of executive authority must be exposed and prosecuted.

This is no longer speculation. It’s a constitutional crisis. And if we do nothing, unelected insiders will keep running the country — with zero accountability.

We cannot excuse this and turn the presidency into a puppet show. Your gift today strengthens our voice to demand justice in the halls of Congress now with a single donation or recurring support. We rely 100% on your support for this critical work today.

This isn’t partisan drama it’s a constitutional crisis. If Joe Biden was unaware of the actions taken in his name, then those actions were taken without proper authority. That is criminal abuse of power and it must be prosecuted. Demand a full investigation now.
