Under Biden’s term, there were 4,245 acts of clemency, including the largest number on one single day in the history of America. Hunter Biden received a broad pardon far beyond the charges he faced for any crime he may have committed from January 1, 2014, to December 1, 2024.

Dangerous criminals are free based on some unelected staffer using an autopen. We know Biden did not review 4,245 cases, nor was he competent to made decisions on this massive volume.

The Biden White House issued more pardons and commutations than any administration in U.S. history.

Donald Trump said it clearly in a presidential memo: “Just two days before Christmas 2024, Biden commuted 37 of 40 criminals on federal death row — including child killers and mass murderers.”

If Biden had no knowledge of these acts of clemency, are they legitimate? What about the Fauci pardon?

And beyond the pardons are the executive orders executed by the autopen.

Urge Congress to investigate this scandal and prosecute those responsible.

Some former White House staffers now admit — they have no idea who gave the orders to use the autopen.

Neera Tanden, Biden’s domestic policy adviser, testified behind closed doors under oath before Congress, admitting that “she directed autopen signatures without knowing who gave final approval.”

She directed the autopen to sign executive actions — yet she claims she didn’t know who gave her the order?

Was it someone inside the White House running the country? Someone outside the Oval Office? Outside the West Wing? Was it Obama?

In Neera Tanden’s previous role, she raised millions of dollars — FROM FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS — to the point that this concerned Sen. Josh Hawley during her confirmation hearing. Now we find out that she was signing autopen signatures on things she cannot say Biden assented to — or not.

The implications are disturbing. Tomorrow’s hearing is critical. Tell Congress to demand answers from Ron Klain and others.

Remember the Special Counsel’s report that said Biden would not be charged about mishandling classified documents because his “poor memory” would present a challenge of obtaining a conviction?

Biden halted natural gas exports during wartime — crippling our allies in Europe and handing power to Putin.

Speaker Mike Johnson saw it with his own eyes. Biden had no idea that he had “signed” the executive order two weeks earlier.

But if Biden didn’t know what he was signing ...

If he wasn’t mentally capable of understanding the orders ...

Then who approved these presidential actions?
