Here’s Why We’re Concerned About This Bill

New Hampshire Republican Shows Why We Are Concerned

A disappointing development in New Hampshire illustrates why we are concerned about the “Equality Act” that is now pending in the U.S. House and Senate.

Former U.S. Senator and current New Hampshire Republican Governor, Kelly Ayotte, just vetoed three bills designed to protect women’s private spaces and restore parental rights. These were commonsense protections — bills that would’ve shielded girls’ bathrooms, locker rooms, and prisons from biological men. They were backed by conservatives and overwhelmingly supported by voters. And yet Ayotte chose to side with the radical LGBT & Q agenda.

She didn’t want to be seen as “exclusionary” and didn’t want the state involved in “litigation.” But here’s the truth: this is exactly the kind of weak-kneed reasoning that can pave the way for the “Equality Act” to pass. When politicians cave to the LGBTQ pressure, girls lose their privacy, parents lose their voice, and America loses its moral compass.

We can’t let the “Equality Act” codify this kind of extreme policy across America. The “Equality Act” must be stopped! Send your faxes immediately to fight this outrageous bill.

I am concerned that two of the top leaders in the House have previously supported Democrat bills attacking marriage. Conference Chair Elise Stefanik (R-NY) voted for the Equality Act in 2019. In 2021, she supported the LGBTQ “Bill of Rights.” And in 2022, House Whip Rep. Tom Emmer (R-MN) voted for the misnamed “Respect for Marriage” bill.

In addition, there are 212 Democrats who support this bill. They need only six Republicans to file a discharge petition to bypass the House speaker and pass this bill. There are six Mormon Republican members of the House. Previously, the Mormon church caved and supported the “Respect for Marriage Act.” In fact, 47 Republicans voted for it on the first vote and 39 voted for it again after it passed the Senate.

These numbers are seriously concerning.

It is critical to make your voice heard by every legislator! We must fight for our freedom and our children more than ever! Join us in blocking this radical bill with your rushed fax now.

Our meetings raised additional concerns that we want to share with you regarding what our staff on Capitol Hill has heard. The narrative is spun. “How can you support the Respect for Marriage Act that passed earlier, but not support the Equality Act?” But the Equality Act will go SO MUCH FURTHER than the bill already passed.

I'm worried that radicals will quietly pull over enough Republicans to pass this. We must block this in the House. At the top, leadership is strongly against it. But if there are enough Republican representatives that support it, there is a way that leadership will not be able to stop it.

This is exactly what’s at stake in the Equality Act — a federal overreach that erases distinctions between biological men and women, overrides parental rights, and tramples religious freedoms under the guise of “equality.”

WE NEED EVERY VOTE AND EVERY VOICE. We need your voice NOW to send a strong message. STOP this bill from becoming law with your faxes to Congress today.

Thus far, we have been able to keep some of the less reliable Republican votes in line to not support HR 15. However, without notice, this could change for the worse. That is why we need your help to flood Congress with your faxes and petitions.

This is a critical time to make sure members of Congress hear from you loud and clear to stop HR 15.

The Equality Act is the most radical LGBTQ and abortion bill ever proposed in Congress. The damage this will cause people is catastrophic. This bill will be used to silence employers, employees, counselors, parents, students, health care providers, schools, and anyone who can help those struggling with these emotions. We cannot allow gender-confused children like Heather to become bargaining chips for politicians.

Our children are under assault. And our team is busier than ever working to preserve freedom and the sanctity of human life. Stand for freedom today by making your best possible donation. Your gift will effectively be DOUBLED by a generous Challenge Grant. Select here or the button below.
