This Bill Will Protect Predators

She was only 10 and was having a fun time as a kid at a friend’s party. She excused herself to use the bathroom — a place that should have been safe. But a biological man pretending to be a woman followed her inside. What happened next is unthinkable.

His name was Miguel “Michelle” Martinez — and once the bathroom door closed, he s**ually assaulted this little girl.

It makes me angry that men can pretend to be women and violate women's private spaces. However, if Congress passes the so-called Equality Act (HR 15), this bill will open the floodgates for predators to inflict irreparable harm on girls. Predators will have unlimited access to young girls and women in every private space. And if a business or school resists, they would face private and government-backed lawsuits.

Already 256 U.S. legislators on Capitol Hill have put their name behind this legislation. We are just a few Republican votes away from losing bathroom privacy and safety nationwide. Send your urgent faxes to tell Congress to block HR 15 now.

HR 15 elevates ideology above safety. It will be illegal to protect young girls from predatory men in private spaces — even in private camps, shelters, or bathrooms.

The misnamed “Equality Act” would:

  • Open every restroom, shower, and locker room to any biological male who claims to identify as “female.”
  • Punish Christian schools and churches that decline to hire LGBTQ-identifying staff or refuse to use biologically false pronouns.
  • Threaten churches with loss of their tax-exempt status.
  • Strip accreditation from colleges that separate dorms or sports by biological reality.
  • Mandate LGBTQ indoctrination in K–12 classrooms and programs.
  • Repeal the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

And if you speak up? You could be sued. Fined. Shut down. And ostracized from society for breaking immoral laws that put young girls at risk of abuse. It is imperative that we do not allow this bill to pass. Stand with me today. Send your faxes to Congress to stop this dangerous legislation.

Many young girls — including those already abused, like this 10-year-old, will be retraumatized by this bill. There is already a wave of girls not feeling comfortable using the bathroom at their school. This bill would spread this moral disease to every public bathroom in America.

And women will be told that they must stay silent if a biological male enters their restroom or their locker room. They’ll be told their fear is “hate.” These girls and women, some who have been abused before, will be told they have no right to say no.

That is cruel. That is psychological abuse. And that is what many members of Congress are trying to pass.

These legislators need to hear from you! Urge them to do everything in their power to block HR 15 with your immediate faxes.

Your faxes make an immediate impact on Capitol Hill. Your support helps us expose this bill and rally opposition. Make no mistake: If the Equality Act passes, it will instantly seek to:

  • Erase biological reality.
  • Eliminate parental rights.
  • Criminalize Christian beliefs.
  • Put children and women at risk — in every state in America.

Please, do not stay silent. The time to act is now.
