Advancing Life and Liberty Through Action

He was a Marine. She was the girl next door. But after he found out about their baby, he repeatedly and fanatically pressured her to abort. Liana Davis in Texas was already a mom of three and instantly loved their child she was carrying. He didn’t. They started fighting, a lot, for two months.
She thought her love for their baby was getting through to him. He suggested hanging out together again and having a “trust building night.” When she went outside to let the dog in, he took that opportunity to make mugs of hot chocolate and they drank them together.
Just 30 minutes later, Liana’s body started violently cramping and bleeding. She was desperate to get to the hospital, wracked with pain. He agreed to go and get her mother to watch her other children at home and left — only to ghost her and completely stop responding. He apparently wanted her at home until it was too late to get a reversal and the abortion drugs forced their baby to be expelled into the toilet. When he left that night, she had to choose which of her children she cared for...
The shocking and horrific aspect of this child’s murder is that it happened over the objections of the mother. This was a chemical abortion.
The same long-lasting abortion drugs that killed this child are getting flushed into our water system along with the tiny babies. These chemicals silently flow into streams, lakes, and waterways. What happened to this mother and child could be happening to countless other mothers and babies who are just as innocent — when these contaminants enter our water systems.
This needs to end. Fax Congress now and demand an investigation into this unspeakable practice.
In a typical chemical abortion, a mother takes one pill of mifepristone and four pills of misoprostol spread across two days. But this guy wasn’t taking any chances. While Liana stepped outside to care for the dog, he dissolved 10 pills into her hot chocolate.
Liana had already named their baby “Joy” and had repeatedly rejected demands to kill the child in a string of text messages.
He attacked her: “Want you to practice some positive reinforcement. At the beginning of every hour, say out loud, ‘I am going to be good and safe after taking the M&M’s.’” (M&Ms refers to mifepristone and misoprostol, the abortion pills.)
She told him to NOT order any abortion drugs, but he didn’t listen. Instead he subjected her to weeks of relentless pressure to abort.
In one text, she told him: “You’ve told me 1000 times you’re trying to stress me out so that I lose the baby... it’s sick... I can’t wait to hold that gorgeous baby.”
He replied: “If that thing ever gets born, it would be a failure on multiple levels ... and set up for failure since before its birth.”
When intimidation didn’t work, he escalated to threats — telling her he’d contact her ex-husband to make life harder for her and her other children. She was already in litigation with an abusive ex-husband, and he threatened to testify for her ex if she didn’t comply.
When she stood strong, he trotted out the “trust building” lie and the poisoned hot chocolate.
A critical part of stopping situations like this is to end chemical abortion, and at a minimum, to regulate what is flowing into waste treatment plants. These systems are not designed to remove human remains and these long-lasting drugs from our water. Liana’s story is just one of many where mothers are coerced or tricked into using these deadly drugs.
This is why we must demand immediate action. We cannot remain silent, complicit in approving and allowing children to be flushed down toilets.
Fax Congress now. Demand hearings. Demand action.
Every day, more of these chemicals — and the remains of aborted children — flow into our wastewater. The environmental impact and the moral atrocities are staggering.
Our water is becoming a graveyard for the unborn. That must change.
Liana’s tragedy of an unwanted abortion doesn’t end with her. The drugs from every single one of those deadly pills — and the corpses of children — enter our water system every day. Treatment plants are not designed to filter out abortion drugs or human remains. These chemicals linger for days in a woman’s body and can pass through into rivers, lakes, and even drinking water.
This is our moment to bring about lasting change.
