The pain these vaccines caused this toddler girl escalated. Within three weeks, she shed measles. The MMR vaccine contains live, weakened viruses, and viral genetic material (RNA) can be “shed” into the body.

Current federal law gives vaccine manufacturers sweeping liability protections that prevent lawsuits for damages. Instead, the vaccine injured are faced with the bureaucratic Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), which caps death benefits at 250,000 dollars and pain and suffering at the same amount. This is what “liability shields” look like in real life — corporate irresponsibility for injury and death while the money flows into Big Pharma bank accounts. Big Pharma does not deserve special protection when people are injured or killed by their products. Repeal the legal immunity NOW!
