Advancing Life and Liberty Through Action

What we have warned of is happening now. . .
About two weeks before Charlie Kirk’s assassination, we signed a joint letter along with other groups to sound the alarm concerning the Southern Poverty Law Center’s (SPLC) dangerous “hate list.”
The SPLC added Turning Point USA to its “hate list” only a few months before Charlie’s assassination.
In 2011, Family Research Council (FRC) was added to this list. In 2012, Floyd Corkins attempted mass murder against the FRC staff. He confessed his motive was because of the SPLC “hate list.”
We said for years that the LGBTQ agenda fuels this dangerous insanity. We have received many death threats for speaking the truth.
Enter the Equality Act (HR 15), which will punish anyone who refuses to bow. It repeals the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). It also vastly expands “public accommodations,” sweeping nearly every service, program, and gathering into the LGBTQ cause.
Hundreds of legislators signed in support of this bill in both chambers of Congress. We must stop it. Send as many faxes as possible to fight this attack on our freedom of religion.
The Equality Act abolishes gender. Gender “identity” means gender is a fluid concept in your mind. “I think, therefore I am.” Anyone who refuses this lie is targeted for elimination — in their job, school, banking, and even their life.
Chai Feldblum, who served on the EEOC’s board under Obama, said we are in a “zero-sum game” where “a gain for one side necessarily entails a corresponding loss for the other side.”
“In making the decision in this zero-sum game, I am convinced society should come down on the side of protecting the liberty of LGBT people.” She concludes, “I’m having a hard time coming up with any [LGBTQ] case in which religious liberty should win.” Feldblum was referring to a Christian family that operated a bed and breakfast and did not want to have deviant behaviors displayed in front of their children.
HR 15 must never pass. Send your urgent faxes to as many legislators as possible encouraging them to never pass this bill.
What this means for you. . .
The Equality Act will punish anyone who refuses to celebrate LGBTQ conduct. Charlie Kirk was not the first victim. He was just the most visible.
His life was cut short while addressing LGBTQ-motivated violence. Meanwhile legislators are pushing to pass the most radical bill of our lifetime that will punish those of us who speak the truth.
If you won’t affirm this deviant orthodoxy, you will be sued, fined, denied accreditation, lose your job, denied education, lose your professional license, censored, deplatformed, debanked — and even be eliminated.
If the Equality Act passes, the state will decide whether and how you can live. The mask is off, and the face of evil is wicked. It will:
Open restrooms, showers, and locker rooms to any biological male who “identifies” as “female.”
Punish Christian schools and churches.
Threaten churches and religious organizations with loss of tax-exempt status.
Strip accreditation from colleges.
Mandate LGBTQ ideology in K–12.
Romans chapter 1 clearly warns us against LGBTQ behavior and those who “practice such things … and approve of those who practice them.” We watched that verse play out — in this grotesque celebration of evil and the assassination of Charlie Kirk for speaking openly about his faith and LGBTQ violence.
Shockingly, only a few more votes are needed in the House and Senate to pass the Equality Act. We can’t let this happen. Urge Congress to block HR 15 now.
Overwhelm the House and the Senate with pressure to stop the Equality Act. LCA is on Capitol Hill daily meeting with members, tracking legislation, and rallying votes. We can win. We must win.
Your prayers and financial support allow us to be your voice.
