Forced to lie

On Friday, the Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court for permission to print the obvious truth on U.S. passports — that the holder is either male or female.

U.S. District Judge Julia Kobick recently ruled that passports should list any gender “identity” — including transgender, nonbinary, X, or any other crazy “identity” — thus denying biological reality.

As absurd as this ruling is, if the “Equality Act” (HR 15) passes, it won’t just be government officials being forced to lie, you too will be forced to lie. And public schools will be forced to lie to parents.

We have to end this madness. We urgently need to stop the Equality Act in Congress with as many of our faxes as possible. Rush your urgent faxes to every member of Congress to stop the “Equality Act.”

The DOJ narrowed in on exactly what’s at stake. It argued:

Private citizens cannot force the government to use inaccurate sex designations on identification documents ... especially not on identification documents that are government property and an exercise of the president’s constitutional and statutory power.

How we emerge from this moment is still undecided. In the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, our country stands at a crossroads. This destructive LGBT & Q agenda has been the source of not only Charlie’s assassination, but also the attempted assassination of Justice Brett Kavanaugh. These are in addition to the shootings at the Minnesota Catholic school, and the list goes on and on.

HR 15 will:

• Eliminate the federal RFRA: This bill tosses out the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), leaving individuals and institutions without this powerful legal protection against federal action.

• Force false speech and actions: Require counselors, teachers, and others to affirm gender-identity ideology or face legal, professional, or financial retribution.

• Expand government coercion everywhere: Every “public accommodation,” hospital, school, business, service, gathering, and online presence could be compelled to comply with LGBTQ demands.

• Undermine tax exemption and accreditation: Churches, religious schools, and ministries will risk loss of tax-exempt status and accreditation.

If this bill becomes law, people who refuse to call a man a woman or vice versa could be sued, fined, or even lose their professional licenses and income. This bill will not simply weaken religious freedom — it will leave no safe space for people of faith to live out their convictions without fear of government punishment. Fight back now.
