Today, the Senate is scheduled to vote again and could end the shutdown by wasting 1.5 trillion dollars ... or Republicans could stand firm with a more responsible budget. Up to now, Democrats again voted down a continuing resolution (CR) that would have reopened the government.

To put this Schumer Shakedown in perspective, the CR is meant only to fund the government through Thanksgiving. It is a temporary measure for Congress to hammer out a budget. However, the Democrats are using this short-term CR to include funding for illegals and abortion, and 1.5 TRILLION dollars in new spending.

We cannot allow them use millions of Americans as political hostages.

Urge Congress to resist the demand to fund abortion and illegals.

Trump is cutting the size of government.

In this shutdown, government employees are furloughed, which pauses their work. Or they are fired, which permanently ends their work.

To counter the Schumer Shakedown, President Trump is shrinking the Department of the Interior, EPA, Commerce, Energy, HUD, HHS, and more.

Democrats want to increase the debt by 1.5 TRILLION dollars to subsidize Obamacare. They want to undo the One Big Beautiful Bill (BBB).

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) demanded in the Oval Office to “give health care to illegal aliens again.” DOGE investigations found that 1.4 million illegals are receiving Medicaid benefits. The BBB ended this Biden-era funding.

Democrats hoped the WIC food subsidies would force their demands. But President Trump is using excess money from the tariffs to pay for WIC.

Democrats then hoped the pay for military and border patrol would end. But Trump direct Secretary Pete Hegseth to use excess funds to pay our troops and border patrol.

The Schumer Shutdown is like a Mafia Shakedown. Urge members of Congress to stand strong.
