Some Members Waving the White Flag?

Oct 24, 2025

Watch out for the White Flag

A few Republicans are considering what a surrender to the Schumer Shakedown looks like. We don’t yet know which direction this will go. Your voice, your faxes, could be the determining factor for these legislators. Hanging in the balance is funding for abortions, illegals, Obamacare (with its “trans” loopholes), DEI, and 1.5 TRILLION DOLLARS.

Obamacare has been a colossal failure. I filed the first private lawsuit against Obamacare and litigated it all the way to the Supreme Court. The first of the three days of oral argument involved the legal issue in our case.

Obamacare is a socialist model. That’s why it does not work and why it needs to be constantly subsidized. But Democrats are demanding that we pay for free socialized medicine for illegal aliens, and that a loophole in Obamacare should cover abortions.

As the Shakedown continues, members of Congress will feel more pressure. Urge Congress to stand firm and pass a clean Continuing Resolution (CR) with no funding for abortion and illegals.

Just like we predicted, the so-called “Affordable Care Act” is not affordable and is not self-sustaining.

Socialized medicine is not enough for these Democrats. They are not happy that the borders are now secure. So, they want to court voters by giving free insurance to millions of illegals. And, of course, killing babies is always at the top of their list.

The Big Beautiful Bill rejected free insurance for illegals. During Biden, Medicaid was not available for those who needed it because of the influx of illegals getting free insurance. Now hospitals are waving red flags:

  • Denver, CO: Denver Health reported ~8,000 migrants generated ~20,000 ER visits in 2023, driving about 10 million dollars in uncompensated care.
  • Yuma, AZ: Yuma Regional Medical Center spent ~26 million dollars in <1 year treating border-crossers — unsustainable for a single regional hospital.
  • Chicago/Cook County, IL: County health leaders warned of a “financial storm,” projecting 37-40 million dollars in impact even after opening special clinics for asylum seekers.
  • Texas (statewide): Texas HHS reported 121.8 million dollars in one month (November 2024) for care to persons “not lawfully present.” Analysts debate methodology — but the scale is obvious.
  • New York City: The comptroller tracks multibillion-dollar outlays tied to the migrant response, including health care lines. The City of New York spent 3.75 BILLION dollars on services and shelter for illegals in FY 2024. This price tag is massive.

Now layer Obamacare’s perverse incentives over these spikes and you get exactly what we warned about: crowded ERs, longer wait times, higher premiums/deductibles, and less care for citizens who play by the rules.

Why Congress must say “NO” right now

A clean CR keeps the lights on; it should not become a vehicle for permanent policy changes or ideological riders — especially from the party NOT in power.

Federal subsidies should not underwrite plans that include abortion.

Urge Congress to pass a clean CR without funding abortion or illegals.

“We had to pass it [Obamacare] to see what’s in it” (and we did).

You remember the line from former Speaker Pelosi about “pass the bill so you can find out what’s in it.” We found out — the hard way. Costs climbed, networks narrowed, ERs absorbed non-emergency care, and states were left holding the bag once the temporary sweeteners disappeared.

Now Democrats want to lock in more federal subsidies and extend benefits that blur eligibility lines, worsening the crisis.

What to demand — today:

  • Tell Congress to pass a clean CR and hold the line.
  • No permanent policy changes or hidden riders in a short-term bill.
  • No abortion funding.
  • No free insurance for illegals.

Make your voice heard while these decisions are being made.

Schumer and AOC are counting on fatigue and frustration to push their agenda forward. Prove them wrong.
