BREAKING: New Meeting With Life-Saving Keys

Nov 5, 2025

A new bill could clean up this mess

Our team recently had a critical meeting with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. We were honored with the compliment that they had never seen the level of detail and professionalism presented in our memorandum to them.

This is one in a series of meetings with the administration and EPA on specific actions they can take to mitigate the harms being caused by "Abortion in Our Water."

In short: Despite the rest of the government being shut down, we are still pressing through the red tape to get things done and to get these shocking facts in front of the right people: information showing that we are facing a growing environmental disaster that is silently polluting our water system — one that threatens both our health and our national conscience. And it’s coming straight from the abortion industry.

We need your help to motivate Congress to do the right thing. Tell Congress and the EPA to hold immediate hearings on this national health crisis and demand immediate action.

Every year, this happens about 700,000 times — the remains of babies and endocrine-blocking drugs are flushed down toilets and enter the water supply. Every week, an average of 13,500 preborn children — killed by chemical abortion pills — are being flushed into our nation’s septic systems and into city water treatment plants: Think cranial and bone structures, tiny organs, placentas, and cartilage. Along with human remains, lethal chemical abortion drugs like mifepristone are entering wastewater facilities that were never designed to handle these contaminants.

These drugs are long-lasting, and untested for environmental impact. And almost no one in Congress is talking about it. In part as a result of our work, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (RFK) has directed the federal agencies to look into mifepristone and the chemicals entering our water.

Liberty Counsel Action is working to stir Congress, the FDA, and the EPA to take action. We’ve launched a campaign to expose the truth and demand that our federal government stop turning a blind eye to this toxic and dehumanizing practice. We are already making progress, but we have a long way to go to finish this job.

A Growing Crisis That Must Be Resolved. . .

An estimated 70% of all abortions in America are done by using the abortion pill. These abortions usually take place at home in the bathroom toilet and that bathroom then becomes a permanent trigger for the pregnant mother who is now daily reminded of the place where she took the life of her child.

The abortion industry is violating state and federal laws and regulations by shipping abortion drugs through the mail, unsupervised and untracked. Women are told to sit on the toilet to expel and flush their baby and uterine contents, which obviously includes the long-lasting chemicals deadly to unborn children. These potent chemicals — along with the human remains — go straight into our water treatment systems.

This horrifying practice happens every day across America — and the government has no protocol, no accountability, and no environmental safeguards in place. That’s why we are calling on the White House, Congress, the EPA, and the FDA to investigate and stop this atrocity.

Send your urgent faxes today. Tell Congress and federal agencies: Stop polluting our water with abortion pills and human remains.

A few bills have been introduced in Congress to address part of this problem — most notably legislation by Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX) to ban abortion facilities from the disposing of fetal remains into public wastewater systems. This bill is a first step but does not solve the core problem.

Congress Must Face What’s Being Flushed. . .

At Liberty Counsel Action, our team is on Capitol Hill every week. We educate lawmakers and staff with science, research, and moral clarity.

Our work is making an impact — this new bill is part of the progress. But Congress must go further, and they won’t unless you and I keep up the pressure.

Our team prepared a detailed research paper and PowerPoint that address the problem, present science, and propose solutions. We have already met with high-level officials in Washington. We’re fighting for real accountability and environmental protection, not just for the unborn but also for the health of our nation.

But we can’t do this alone. Your gift today of 25, 50, 100 dollars, or more will directly support our fight for truth, justice, and life.

And your monthly gift will help us keep up the pressure long term — through every hearing, every bill, every legal and legislative battle.

If we ignore what’s happening behind bathroom doors across the country, we are permitting a national disgrace that is contaminating both our water ... and our soul.

We cannot Make America Great unless we also make America’s water clean.
