On this Thanksgiving Day, we are especially grateful to God for our blessings of freedom and for your prayers and support.

We pray for health, peace, and protection over your home. Health is one of our greatest blessings. And we are committed to fighting for freedom in all forms.

While we give thanks today, we also remember those who are less fortunate, like a baby girl who, at 15 months old, received six vaccines. Within an hour, her fever spiked to 110 degrees and remained that high for five agonizing days. When the fever broke, she couldn’t speak, wouldn’t make eye contact, and did not want to be touched. She was diagnosed with severe autism, bowel disease, and needs intensive care, 24/7.

Meanwhile, the vaccine manufacturers that damaged this beautiful girl are enjoying their private jets, penthouse suites, and superyachts all paid for with the money from their vaccines. Two bills sitting in Congress would fix this mess and provide justice. The “End the Vaccine Carveout Act” (HR 4668) and the “PREP Repeal Act” (HR 4388) will end liability protections.

Don’t let the drug companies injure even one more person without being held liable! Tell Congress to pass HR 4668 and 4388.

Within three weeks of these six vaccines, the toddler shed measles. The MMR vaccine contains live, weakened viruses, and viral genetic material (RNA) that can be “shed” into the body.

Now, this family has been in and out of foreclosure multiple times, and yet — because of what Congress did in 1986 — they cannot hold these companies accountable for the damage they caused.

Current federal law gives vaccine manufacturers sweeping liability protections that prevent lawsuits for damages. Instead, the vaccine injured are faced with the bureaucratic Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), which caps death benefits at 250,000 dollars and pain and suffering at the same amount. These limits, which have not moved since the 1980s — even though ongoing life care and lost wages can run into the millions. And to even get this far is like climbing Mount Everest.

Now this family's daughter is permanently dependent, leaving the family to accumulate medical binders stacked on the kitchen table and fight foreclosure notices, all while Big Pharma collects billions.

This is what “liability shields” look like in real life — corporate irresponsibility for injury and death while the money flows into Big Pharma bank accounts. Big Pharma does not deserve special protection when people are injured or killed by their products. Repeal the legal immunity NOW!

Sadly, this family is not alone:

• A board-certified pediatrician reports a 1-year-old child who died four hours after routine shots, prompting him to reexamine informed consent.

• A Texas mother describes her toddler’s seizures, encephalopathy, and lifelong GI pain after vaccinations at 14 months.

• A Pennsylvania family says they spent over 1 million dollars for years of treatment after their son’s regression following MMR — then had to watch their daughter decline after her kindergarten boosters.

Yet today’s system benefits Big Pharma while the injured suffer.

Congress can end this justice. Send as many faxes as possible to Congress to pass the End the Vaccine Carveout Act (HR 4668) and the PREP Repeal Act (HR 4388) to end emergency-era blanket immunity that blocks families from court.
