Advancing Life and Liberty Through Action

With Rep. Greene Leaving, This May Pass

Dec 2, 2025

The so-called “Equality Act” is now live in both the U.S. House and Senate — and in a stunning act of defiance, it was introduced on the National Day of Prayer. Do not assume this bill is doomed simply because Republicans hold a very slim (and shrinking) majority. The margins are razor-thin, and far too many Republicans have voted for this exact legislation before. Unless they hear from you immediately, they can do it again. When Marjorie Taylor Greene leaves office on January 5, 2026, until her seat is filled by a special election, the Republicans will have only a two-vote margin in the House.

This dangerous bill (HR 15 and S 1503) is now live in both chambers. This is not just a threat to religious liberty; this is a full assault against every person and institution. This bill is designed to elevate the LGBTQ agenda, make abortion a federal right, and punish anyone who will not promote them. This bill brings together those favoring abortion and those pushing the LGBTQ agenda.

Rush your urgent faxes to the U.S. Congress to stop Republicans from caving and block this bill.

The misnamed “Equality Act” is the most dangerous ambush of religious freedom.

The “Q” in LGBTQ usually refers to “queer,” which includes about 550 sexually deviate paraphilias — including pedophilia, which will become a protected class under this bill! And if there is some other sick and twisted idea that they come up with in the future, it will become the 551st protected class under “Q”!

The magazine Cosmopolitan asks, “Which orientations fall under the queer umbrella?” and then answers: “Since ‘queer’ is such a broad term, it’s a little confusing to determine who, exactly, it applies to. According to Schuster, ‘any [orientation or identity] that’s not straight is considered queer.’ Beyond that, it’s really about ... being part of a larger queer umbrella,” the magazine explains.

The Stranger quotes an older version of that same article, explaining: “Queerness is an umbrella term that is both an orientation and a community. ... The vagueness of the term is intentional — queer is an identity created for anyone outside of the heterosexual norm and meant to be inclusive (emphasis added).

In addition, the activist group LGBTQ Nation wrote, the “Q in LGBTQ can also signify other sexual orientations and gender not covered by the acronym’s preceding letters. If you’re gender-neutral, non-binary, agender, genderfluid, pansexual, asexual, solosexual or something else not covered by LGBT, the Q has got you covered!" (emphasis added).

In fact, there is an entire organization dedicated to normalizing pedophilia in America. B4U-ACT is a “collaborative effort of mental health professionals and people who are attracted to children or adolescents” with the goal “to educate the public regarding issues faced by these individuals.” The new euphemism for pedophile is a “minor-attracted person.”

And this bill is sitting in Congress waiting for a vote at any moment to give special privileges and legal protections for “Q.”

Do not sit on the sidelines while radicals twist our nation’s laws to abuse children and people of faith. Send your urgent fax to STOP THE EQUALITY ACT!

Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) was a previous co-sponsor of the Equality Act. Collins could easily decide that she wants to vote for this bill now, especially under the incredible pressure coming from the LGBTQ lobby.

We are working with legislators to guard both floors of the House and Senate. WE NEED EVERY VOTE AND EVERY VOICE. We need your voice NOW to send a strong message.

STOP this bill from becoming law. I'm asking you to act now by faxing Congress to oppose this outrageous bill and protect your freedom.

This is a critical moment. Minority Leader Schumer has placed a rush on this bill, making our presence even more vital as we work with key members in the House and Senate.

We are providing critical information to muster opposition to the Equality Act that is key to changing the minds of senators like Susan Collins.
