They knew they killed children — they must be held accountable

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Big Pharma knew that the COVID mRNA shots were killing children. During the truncated “clinical trial,” they knew that 10 children died after receiving the shots. Big Pharma and the FDA hid this data from the public.

An internal FDA memo acknowledged that these deaths were caused by the shots! Yet the FDA and Big Pharma pushed the shots to millions of children. Parents relied on these lies. There is a revolving door between Big Pharma, the FDA, CDC, and the NIH. If you want a golden parachute after working in one of these agencies, you play the game and protect Big Pharma.

Countless children have died or were harmed. And now we know the truth: Pharmaceutical corporations withheld critical safety data, the FDA helped hide it, and Congress has allowed these corporations to operate behind a “no-liability shield” that protects Big Pharma — not the American people.

This must end. Two bills sitting in Congress would fix this mess. The “End the Vaccine Carveout Act” (HR 4668) and the “PREP Repeal Act” (HR 4388) will end liability protections. Urge Congress to act now to help provide justice.

The kids in the trial ranged from 7 to 16. The FDA memo says 10 of them “died after and because of receiving COVID-19 vaccination.” Those deaths were tied to cardiac inflammation like myocarditis and pericarditis.

But instead of sounding the alarm, the FDA buried the memo. Bureaucrats talked privately about a “protocol review,” but the public saw nothing and more children were set up to suffer and even die.

The government’s own surveillance data adds to this tragedy. The CDC VAERS website has 73,069 adverse event reports tied to these shots in children. The U.S. reporting system for children includes:

• 201 deaths.

• 713 permanently disabled.

• 1,534 myocarditis cases.

• 776 life-threatening events.

• 5,163 hospitalizations.

• 5,846 emergency room visits.

• 11,463 cases “not recovered.”

These are government-tracked injury reports and an FDA memo. And Congress still refuses to hold vaccine manufacturers accountable for the children maimed and killed by these shots and other vaccines!

This is what “liability shields” look like in real life — corporate irresponsibility for injury and death while the money flows into Big Pharma bank accounts. Big Pharma does not deserve special protection when people are injured or killed by their products! That is why we need your voice right now. Tell Congress to repeal the legal immunity.

Many children have been killed or injured. Some now live with profound neurological damage. Guillain Barré/paralysis, thrombocytopenia, aneurysm/cerebral hemorrhage, Bell's palsy, and much more. Myocarditis cases skyrocketed. And the VAERS numbers — tens of thousands of reported pediatric injuries — are only the beginning. The CDC admits passive reporting systems capture only a fraction of real cases, perhaps as low as 1%.

This is the system created by Congress — where drug companies face zero liability, where the FDA has a revolving door, and where the people approving vaccines leave government and return to the same companies they once regulated — at sky-high salaries. Or they leave the industry and are placed in charge of approving products made by their former employers. Washington insiders call it “career development.” We call it corruption.

Our federal government continues to pour taxpayer money into the very system that concealed this data while Big Pharma walks away with hundreds of billions in their pockets without any accountability.

This is why we are urging you to contact Congress as soon as possible and demand immediate passage of HR 4668 and HR 4388 — two bills that would work toward ending Big Pharma’s no-liability shield.

Congress will not act unless we rise up and demand accountability.
