Congress’ shocking plans for our money

Late yesterday, the U.S. House passed the military funding bill, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Now it will head to the Senate, and if any changes are made, on to reconciliation with both chambers.

Shockingly, this version allows for taxpayer-funded gender “transition” procedures and hormone treatments — for service members, their spouses, and their dependents over age 18.

And you will pay for all of it!

We urge you to immediately reach out to members of Congress to demand that the NDAA not fund this “trans” agenda.

Instead of the focus being military readiness, this NDAA would direct our tax dollars toward hormone-damaging drugs and procedures for service members, their spouses, and even dependents aged 18–26.

Between January 1, 2016, and May 14, 2021, the Department of Defense reportedly spent approximately 15 million dollars to provide “trans” drugs and procedures to 1,892 active-duty service members.

If Congress does not remove this “trans” agenda from the nearly 10 million beneficiaries enrolled in the military TRICARE insurance — including spouses, retirees, and dependents — estimates of even modest utilization would skyrocket, and over the course of a decade could cost us hundreds of millions in taxpayer dollars.

In a twist of irony, the Pentagon has already concluded the danger of these procedures, and just this week, a judge agreed with them and let this ban remain. For this reason, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth ordered an immediate halt to “unscheduled, scheduled, or planned medical procedures associated with affirming or facilitating a gender transition for service members,” citing threats to military readiness and unit cohesion.

But now the House is considering a bill to fund the very procedures the military has already banned. This is a direct contradiction of the Pentagon’s own policies.

Once Congress authorizes this funding, the door is open — and it will be nearly impossible to shut again. Tell Congress to stop NOW!

Opposite-sex hormones carry serious medical and psychological risks — both rage and mood swings — yet this bill would fund these damaging side effects, potentially destabilizing readiness, safety, and unit cohesion.

Consider Helena’s story. In her first visit, this confused young girl was deemed a “perfect candidate for testosterone,” and the nurse complied — giving Helena the highest possible dose. Before long, Helena said she was “kind of possessed by something,” overwhelmed by extreme rage, unable to control her emotions.

Helena “felt like a monster,” and to stop herself from hurting others, she turned to hurting herself. One night she ended up harming herself so badly she had to go to the emergency room. She was then admitted to a psych ward with a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder and psychosis. Her life was destroyed — until she finally went off the testosterone.  All her symptoms vanished, and she was herself again.

Now imagine Helena — not as a civilian — but as a member of our armed forces. Trained, trusted, and with access to guns, bombs, and global deployment. Now imagine the same instability and rage created and funded by your tax dollars.
