Advancing Life and Liberty Through Action
Jan 10, 2026
Control is disappearing overnight. . .
Republicans are clinging to control of the U.S. House by a margin so thin it can vanish almost instantly, just like it did this week regarding Obamacare.
Already this year, three Republican House seats have effectively fallen out of play — one member has died, one resigned, and one was hospitalized after a serious car accident. Add in unpredictable absences and ongoing health complications, and the so-called Republican “majority” is functionally unstable.
Even worse, 17 Republicans just proved how fragile the outcome of these votes are. Under pressure, those 17 caved and voted to advance Obamacare subsidies and taxpayer money for abortion. That vote shattered a long-standing promise and exposed a hard truth: With enough pressure, nothing is off limits. Not life. Not liberty. Not faith. And not our future freedom!
This same pressure is now aimed squarely at HR 15 — the so-called “Equality Act.” With this narrow margin, we cannot assume Republicans will hold the line. Two legislators flipping sides is all it would take to pass the House and unleash one of the most radical assaults on freedom ever written into federal law.
We must act — urgently — to stop this bill before it is too late.
Please rush your fax to Congress right now and demand that lawmakers block HR 15 and reject this radical agenda.
The misnamed “Equality Act” is designed to force every American — especially people of faith — to bow.
The Equality Act is not about fairness. It is a direct attack on religious freedom, free speech, parental rights, women’s privacy, and the sanctity of human life.
This bill is dangerously close to passage. With the House divided by only two votes, it would take just a small group of Republicans surrendering under pressure for this nightmare to become law.
We have already seen how quickly their promises collapse.
Seventeen Republicans just folded on taxpayer-funded abortion through Obamacare. If they can be pushed to abandon the unborn, what makes anyone believe churches, parents, or religious schools will be spared next?
The Equality Act would elevate LGBTQ ideology above every constitutional freedom, treating religious conviction as discrimination and punishing anyone who refuses to comply.
In plain terms, this bill means:
What you may not do regarding race, you will not be allowed to do regarding LGBTQ ideology — even inside your church.
Religious freedom protections will be gutted.
Speech will be policed.
Conscience will be punished.
We are at a tipping point. Send your urgent fax now and demand Congress blocks HR 15 before it is too late.
If enacted, the Equality Act would unleash consequences few Americans fully grasp.
Biological males would gain access to women’s bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, and private spaces.
Churches could be forced to place individuals living in open contradiction to their beliefs into leadership and teaching roles.
Pastors could face government punishment for refusing to officiate same-sex ceremonies.
Religious schools and colleges could lose accreditation and tax-exempt status for remaining faithful.
Children would be taught from the earliest grades that gender is fluid and chosen — and dissent would be treated as hate.
Faith-based adoption, foster care, and medical providers would be targeted or shut down.
And this is only the beginning.
HR 15 applies to everyone — churches, schools, businesses, ministries, and even home-based operations. There is no carve-out. No safe harbor. No escape.
Worse still, the Equality Act explicitly neutralizes the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, stripping believers of their last meaningful legal defense.
This is not hypothetical.
This is not exaggerated.
This is what the bill does.
We have stopped this before — but only because people like you spoke up.
Now, with the House hanging by a thread and moral resolve already cracking, every single voice matters more than ever.
Send your fax to Congress right now and demand they block HR 15.
Our team is on Capitol Hill every day, warning lawmakers what this bill would do to faith, families, and freedom. But they will not stand unless you stand first.
Together, we can still stop this. With your gift today we can stand up against one of the most powerful lobbies on Capitol Hill.
