The CEOs of the major health insurance companies gathered on Capitol Hill this week to address rising premiums. Chairman Morgan Griffith warned, “Many patients have fewer plan choices than they did before Obamacare was enacted. ... [It] is not translating to patient or taxpayer affordability.” He continued, “We owe it to patients to have a health system that offers real choices, transparent prices, and coverage that fits their needs.”

But some Republicans could cave under the pressure to prop up the failed system. Phone lines are lighting up. Emotional pleas are pouring in. Senators are being told they must keep the COVID-era subsidies running — no matter the cost, no matter the fraud, and no matter the abortion funding.

This pressure resulted in 17 House Republicans joining Democrats to pass an Obamacare expansion that includes abortion funding.

If senators only hear from those demanding benefits from your tax dollars, and not from you — the taxpayers being forced to pay for it — then this will pass. Send your urgent faxes to fight it now.

About 68% to 80% of the Obamacare costs are funded by taxpayers. But that’s not the most concerning part. What makes this especially dangerous is what we now know about Obamacare’s inner rot. Sadly, there are so many Obamacare accounts where people are paying zero that it is hard to figure out which are fraudulent and which are real.

Brian Blase, president of the Paragon Health Institute and a former presidential adviser, writes that “we conservatively estimate that there are 6.4 million ineligible enrollees in exchange coverage — a more than 25 percent increase from 2024.” He concludes that “fraud is heavily concentrated in federal exchange states,” with “the taxpayer cost projected to exceed 27 billion dollars this year” for fraud alone.

Millions of ineligible accounts. Tens of billions in taxpayer losses. And Congress is being asked to shovel more money into the same broken system. In 2023 alone, total federal health care costs and subsidies reached 1.6 trillion dollars, net of offsetting receipts, mainly from Medicare and Medicaid — including roughly 91 billion dollars just for Obamacare subsidies, according to the Congressional Budget Office. In 2025, that figure for Obamacare jumped to 138 BILLION DOLLARS!

Even Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) — a member of the so-called “Problem Solvers Caucus” pushing to extend Obamacare subsidies — refuses to support the bill now pending in the Senate. Why? Because, she explains, “more than 6.4 million people have been improperly enrolled in these plans using in some cases false Social Security numbers that are from deceased individuals, or duplicated.”

That is government-sanctioned abuse of our checkbook! It’s got to stop! Fax Congress today to end this expansion of failed Obamacare and the abortion coverage it includes.

Insurance companies and their shareholders are enjoying record-high profits fueled by Obamacare subsidies. They are incentivized to push prices higher, so more people feel pain to pressure lawmakers to cave and pave a pork path to their skyrocketing profits.

There is no economic reason for premiums to spike. This panic is being manufactured to benefit corporate profits, media hype, and Democrat control.

And here is a fact the media refuses to tell you: Many current unsubsidized premiums coming out now are roughly in line with pre-COVID prices. Obamacare was not affordable then — and dumping more money into it will not make it affordable now.

It was never designed to be affordable. It was designed to collapse private coverage and usher in single-payer, government-controlled, socialized health care.

The clock is ticking to stop this. Already our tax dollars subsidize health benefits for over 150 million Americans through various programs and tax benefits. In total, this cost is 1.6 TRILLION dollars in 2023 alone. Socialized medicine is destroying us. The question is whether we will keep funding it or pull back to expose the mess that it already is.

Fax the Senate right now and demand they reject the Obamacare expansion and its abortion funding.
