California funded illegals with 1 BILLION DOLLARS of your money

In California alone, federal auditors found more than 1 BILLION dollars improperly funneled through Obamacare-era Medicaid expansions to provide non-emergency health benefits to illegals.

Our tax dollars were paying for a level of coverage that not even disabled Americans receive ... all for non-life-threatening medical events.

This doesn’t even include abuse of emergency rooms for routine care. This is outrageous! Dr. Mehmet Oz said, “We are auditing aggressively and we don’t like what we see.” His team has found fraud in seven states and in D.C.

Democrats and some Republicans are working to pass a blank check through Congress to continue funding Obamacare for the next three years with no meaningful audits required. Urge Congress to reject Obamacare funding and restore real accountability in health care.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) found rampant California fraud, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. The Trump administration is demanding a refund.

While California improperly used 1.35 BILLION in federal Medicaid dollars for illegals in 2024-2025, the review also included Illinois, Oregon, Colorado, and Washington D.C., with Illinois spending approximately 30 million.

This is a systemic pattern tied to expanded Medicaid coverage regardless of status with ballooning enrollment and no accountability.

And a pattern that needs to stop.

We must end the fraud and stop Obamacare abortion funding. Urge Congress to stop the expanded Obamacare subsidies and funding abortions or “trans” care.

We were told: “Nothing to see here.” Then these audits came back with nearly 1.4 billion dollars spent on illegals.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and his office lied when they put out this statement:

“Undocumented immigrants cannot receive premium tax credits by law. The federal government does not fund health insurance coverage for undocumented immigrants in Medicaid or Medicare by law.”

The media blindly echoed these lies:

• The Associated Press stated that immigrants who entered the country illegally are not eligible for federal health care programs, including ACA marketplace subsidies or Medicaid (False).

• CNN published a fact-check that found no federal program exists to funnel Obamacare benefits to illegal immigrants (False).

• And Georgetown University’s health policy analysts said illegals have never been eligible for full Medicaid coverage or premium tax credits under Obamacare (False).

Lies, lies, and more lies.

The audit has, so far, uncovered six states and the District of Columbia.

Obamacare is unsustainable and unaffordable. Urge Congress to act NOW to throw off the shackles of Obamacare and stop funding abortions, fraud, and waste.

And this is exactly why we must press forward with even greater urgency.
