What is really happening must be answered

With the smell of burning tires and ravaged buildings in Minneapolis seared in our memories from the BLM riots, Minnesota again dominates the news.

More than 200 cities and counties across the U.S. have some form of sanctuary policy, ordinance, or, in some cases, active resistance to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Major cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, and Portland often limit cooperation with federal immigration authorities. This raises profound questions about public safety, constitutional order, and accountability in government.

Yet the District of Columbia, where 92.5% of the ballots cast were for Kamala Harris in 2024, Democrat Mayor Muriel Bowser cooperated with federal law enforcement. The result is nothing short of astounding.

• Violent crime dropped about 39% during the surge period compared with the same span in 2024.

• Homicides were down about 53% over the same period.

• Some reports cited an almost 50% drop in violent crime, with burglaries down about 48% and car thefts down 36%.

• Short-term measures from local police data found violent crime down around 44% compared with the same three-week period in the previous year.

Urge Congress to hold hearings and get to the bottom of what is happening in Minnesota so that we can restore peace and the rule of law. Fax Congress now.

We need to get to the bottom of what is happening and how to hold bad actors accountable.

When James O’Keefe entered Minneapolis, he received a text message warning him to leave within one hour or face death. How did the source know he entered Minneapolis? Are Minnesota elected officials and law enforcement working with the anti-ICE protesters?

What is happening in Minnesota is unlike anything seen before.

China has engaged in disinformation campaigns to cause disruption. The Chinese Communist Party’s “Strategy of Sowing Discord” encourages riots and protests in foreign nations. Reps. James Comer (R-KY) and Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) are threatening to issue a subpoena to those involved.

One of those who should be investigated is Neville “Roy” Singham. He is a billionaire tied to funding and support for not one but two known communist “parties” in the United States — the Party for Socialism and Liberation and The People’s Forum. The first party claims that arresting illegal immigrants is a “war being waged on immigrant communities” and that ICE is “kidnapping our neighbors, friends and families.”

The other party praised the ascent of the Chinese Communist Party as a “decades-long epic battle that transformed not only China, but also the world.” And both groups are cross-posting information on social media.

The House and Senate must investigate immediately. Send your faxes to Congress to urge them to act now to get to the bottom of these riots and restore the rule of law and order.

These riots are not happening in red states. And while the riots are unique to certain blue states or local government, the District of Columbia is probably the most blue area of the country with 92.5% voting for Kamala Harris in 2024. Yet local and federal cooperation has drastically reduced crime, as I noted above.

This is a defining moment for our nation.

If these riots are being fueled by foreign influence, communist organizers, or corrupt officials trying to hide massive fraud, the American people deserve the truth. And the truth will only come out if there are real investigations, real sunlight, and real courage in Congress.
