URGENT: This Harmful Bill Ready For A Vote

Another deadly reason to block this bill

What should have been a senior class celebration at the local hockey rink in Rhode Island turned into a deadly shooting, with three people killed. The terrified kids ran for their lives. In addition, three more people were sent to the hospital in critical condition. What does this shooter have in common with the long list of murderers?

This “ice rink” shooting in Rhode Island was committed by a trans biological man pretending to be “female.”

For decades, this gender confusion was classified as “Gender Identity Disorder” (a mental condition), but under LGBTQ pressure, the American Psychological Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) dropped “disorder” and changed to “gender dysphoria.”

No matter what word games you play, this is a mental disorder!

It’s time to call this mental condition a “disorder.” Mutilating people and drugging those who struggle with reality is bad public policy, especially when giving mood-altering hormones that have suicidal side effects.

This is not health care. This is cruel to those struggling with confusion. And it is harmful to society. The result of these hormones, drugs, and mutilating surgeries is deadly.

However, the so-called “Equality Act” has been reintroduced. With the thin margins, HR 15 can pass at any moment.

We must stop HR 15 before it destroys more innocent lives and criminalizes Christianity. Urge Congress to do everything in their power to fight HR 15.

Sadly, this trans shooting is NOT unique. We know from public reports about the following shootings, but what is not known is how many more people are privately struggling with the very things that the Equality Act would codify:

  • 2018 — Aberdeen, MD: Snochia Moseley, a biological female identifying as male, murdered three co-workers.

  • 2019 — Highlands Ranch, CO: A student identifying as “trans” killed one classmate and wounded six more.

  • 2022 — Colorado Springs, CO: Anderson Aldrich, identifying as “non-binary,” murdered five and injured 25 in a nightclub.

  • 2022 — Washington, D.C.: Nicholas Roske, identifying as female, attempted to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

  • 2023 — Philadelphia, PA: Kimbrady Carriker, frequently presenting as female, shot and killed five.

  • 2024 — Butler, PA: A gender-confused “furry,” Thomas Crooks, attempted to assassinate President Donald Trump.

  • 2025 — Minnesota: A teenage boy, identifying as a girl, murdered two classmates.

  • 2025 — Utah: Tyler Robinson, who was dating a biological male and had an online footprint in gender-confused “furry” websites before he assassinated Charlie Kirk.

How many people have to die for our nation to wake up and end this insanity, this break from reality? But if the Equality Act passes, it would denigrate the very life-saving counseling that these shooters desperately needed. This bill is not about “equality.” It is about erasing truth and enslaving people in the gender-ideology abyss. Tell Congress no on HR 15.

The Equality Act would amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to add “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” as protected classes. This bill will:

  • Redefine “s*x” in federal law to include s**ual orientation and gender identity.

  • Vastly expand “public accommodations” to include virtually every business and nonprofit that serves the public.

  • Force faith-based schools, charities, and ministries to comply with gender identity mandates.

  • Require biological males to be admitted to female bathrooms, locker rooms, shelters, and athletic teams.

  • Apply these mandates to federally funded programs, education, and healthcare.

  • Block the use of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) as a defense against these claims.

That last point is critical.

The Equality Act strips away RFRA protections.

In other words, if this passes, Christian schools, churches, adoption agencies, medical professionals, and business owners could be dragged into court with no meaningful federal religious liberty defense available.

This is why we are naming the betrayal. Silence now is surrender.

We urge you to send your faxes to Congress immediately and demand they oppose the Equality Act.

Lawmakers count faxes. They keep an official record of them. When their phones light up and faxes flood in, they hesitate.

But we cannot sustain this fight without resources.
