URGENT: Senate Vote Is Imminent

Feb 24, 2026

At any moment, the U.S. Senate could vote on the SAVE America Act.

Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) promised a vote this week to protect our elections. Every Democrat but one is vowing to fight back even though 83% of Americans support photo IDs to vote.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is researching to see if naturalized citizens may have voted illegally before their citizenship was granted.

We need to stop these problems BEFORE the ballot is cast, and the best way to do this is to pass the SAVE America Act. It demands proof of citizenship to register, photo ID to vote, and limits absentee voting to legitimate needs. Everything we need to have a fair election.

Fax Senators TODAY demanding they pass the SAVE America Act NOW. The vote could happen at any moment.

Election fraud isn't a myth, and it’s not something from the past. Our team has invested years working on election integrity.

We organized and trained volunteers that found:

  • Machines with ballots already counted before the polls opened on Election Day.

  • The tally of votes cast grew overnight after the voting site closed.

  • Mail-in ballots in opened envelopes left uncounted overnight.

  • One volunteer witnessed election officials whispering, “You can’t vote here” to people who previously voted because “I’m being watched.”

Flood the Senate with faxes RIGHT NOW to secure a YES vote that protects our elections!

In 2005, after two bitterly disputed elections and the chaos and mistrust that followed, Congress turned to a bipartisan panel to protect the integrity of American elections before confidence collapses.

Co-chaired by Democrat Jimmy Carter and Republican James Baker, the Commission found that “[m]any other democracies achieve significantly higher levels of voter participation due, in part, to more effective voter registration.” It also noted that “Voters in nearly 100 democracies use a photo identification card without fear of infringement on their rights” (emphasis added).

One of the recommendations was to create: “Voter identification, tied directly to voter registration, that enhances ballot integrity.”

To do this, the Commission recommended it “should be fully implemented by 2006,” and if it wasn’t in place by then, “we recommend that it [Congress] amend the law to require uniformity of standards.”

Voter ID has always been bipartisan — that is until now in Congress. Outside of Congress, voter ID is widely supported by both Democrats and Republicans.

We’ve waited long enough. Now is the time to restore election integrity and transparency. We are at a crossroads in our nation. What happens next depends on whether citizens act to demand election security — or stay silent. Fax the Senate now. The vote could happen at any moment.

The warning was clear in 2005. Confidence in elections cannot survive without secure elections. The Commission understood something that feels urgent again today: Once faith in elections erodes, restoring it is far harder than protecting it in the first place.

Liberty Counsel Action is fighting for secure elections. Your faxes matter. Your voice counts.

The midterms — and our nation's direction — hang in the balance. What happens next depends on what you do now.

But this fight requires resources. Help Liberty Counsel Action secure elections by preventing voter fraud. Make a recurring gift — or a single gift — today.
