Remaking The Equality Act

Mar 24, 2026

You can help stop this abuse

A House Resolution called the “Transgender Bill of Rights” has already been assigned to the Committee on the Judiciary and seven other committees. It only needs to pass one committee to get to the House floor. While it’s labeled as a resolution (H.Res. 1058), it is written like a bill. There is no question the Democrats plan to use this as a catalyst to pass what is even worse than the misnamed “Equality Act.” That’s why we call this “Equality Act 2.0.” We cannot let this slip through Congress.

A significant majority of Americans think biological men should not be competing in girls’ and women’s sports. Twenty-nine states have passed laws or other protections for women in sports. But H.Res. 1058 and its companion, S.Res. 604, would erase all of that (and more) and destroy all protections for religious freedom.

This radical new “bill of rights” is not about equality — if it were, the bill would not expressly state that no religious freedom exemptions are allowed! This is about elevating LGBT & Q and abortion above the right to life and freedom of religion for everyone. This bill is a remake and expansion of the most expansive, freedom-crushing bill to ever come out of Congress!

Rush your faxes to the Senate and to the Judiciary Committee.

We have tracked scores of instances where male predators entered women’s restrooms to abuse and molest them. However, both current and former legislators pushing for the language in both the Equality Act and this Transgender Bill of Rights are twisting the truth.

Former-Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) was one of the “Equality Act” co-sponsors and then one of the co-sponsors of this new resolution. He falsely claimed, “The scaremongering about potential bathroom predators has not turned out to be true.”

But his words attempt to gloss over reality with more fake news!

How many girls and women must be abused to placate this LGBT & Q agenda? Hundreds, thousands? Even one such situation, when it is easily preventable abuse, is too many!

Every vote counts. We must tell Congress to STOP THIS TRANS BILL. Send your urgent faxes to the House and Senate.

A significant reason for the strength of America is because we have vigilantly protected religious freedom and the rights of conscience for hundreds of years. But now the LGBTQ and abortion crowd want to change all of that.

Throughout history, effective churches have fought in opposition to tyranny. Communists, Marxists and socialists all know they have to cripple the church in order to control the masses.

H.Res. 1058 and S.Res. 604 would do exactly that. It would provide secularists with the tools to target people of faith, religious organizations, and anyone who refuses to bow to the LGBTQ and abortion agendas.

These resolutions go far beyond churches, schools, and businesses. They apply to the internet, social media, emails, and websites — even if there is no exchange of money. The Transgender Bill of Rights applies to any public place.

It also applies punishments to any “perceived” (in other words, not actual) slight against someone who was associated in the past with anyone who is purportedly LGBTQ. It includes “beliefs.” This means the U.S. government could punish you solely for your religious beliefs.

Regarding the original “Equality Act,” the Catholic League said it is the “most comprehensive assault on Christianity ever written into law.” True, but it is not just Christianity — this bill will apply to EVERYONE! And these resolutions — essentially a Equality Act 2.0 — are even worse!

This must be stopped! Send faxes immediately to fight this outrageous attempt to destroy America.

Our team in D.C. is working to bring awareness and motivate legislators on the importance of blocking this resolution. We must act now. I am not just referring to our staff members. I am including you. Do not depend on someone else to act for you. All of us must do our part.

Everyone who receives this email must send faxes now to members of Congress who will be making a decision soon about their stance on H.Res. 1058 and its companion, S.Res. 604. Some of you may have legislators who are hopeless. I understand, but the faxes you send will go to key members of the House and Senate. They are not limited to just your own.

WE MUST STOP H.Res. 1058 and S.Res. 604! Send your faxes to the House and Senate to stop the "Equality Act 2.0" from endangering our kids.

The challenges of this legislative season are mushrooming. As the legislative season moves toward the midterm elections, politicians become more frantic to pass their wish list. LGBTQ advocates are just a few more votes away from passing a long list of Democrats’ demands.
