Surveys show that virtually everyone knows someone who was injured by a vaccine or by the COVID shots. Sadly, my oldest sister developed turbo cancer after the booster and died.

Pharmaceutical companies raked in hundreds of billions of dollars, knowing their products were killing people. Without the risk of legal liability, they cared only about the profits and not the people.

Congress has an opportunity to repeal those liability protections. Anyone who makes a product that causes injury should be held accountable. When the profits are not balanced by responsibility, people get hurt.

Several bills are pending in Congress to repeal the liability shield for vaccine makers. The “End the Vaccine Carveout Act” (HR 4668) and the “PREP Repeal Act” (HR 4388) will finally make Big Pharma accountable.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) has courageously exposed how the Biden Administration detected a clear safety signal for ischemic strokes in seniors age 65 and older after the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 bivalent booster in November 2022. The Vaccine Safety Datalink identified a statistically significant safety signal. This warning persisted across multiple surveillance systems, including VAERS, for almost three years.

Biden’s FDA and the CDC issued zero formal health alerts.

Instead, Biden’s team issued a draft “communications plan” that downplayed the seriousness of this safety signal. It changed a sentence that stated that the “signal is moderately elevated” to the “signal is slightly elevated” and continued to push “increase uptake of the booster” for these same people, ages 65 years and older!

By early 2023, there were already hundreds of reported stroke cases — 226 cases and 115 deaths — some confirmed ischemic strokes. Yet, again, instead of warning the public, officials downplayed the risk and kept pushing the shots as “safe and effective.”

This is nothing short of political and medical malpractice!

The numbers continue to climb. This has now grown to 22,486 heart attacks and 29,188 other heart problems related to pericarditis and myocarditis. These deaths are just the most severe reactions. More than 1.6 million people have reported symptoms, and a quarter of a million were so severely injured they required hospitalization.

Meanwhile, the pharmaceutical companies pocketed hundreds of billions of dollars, protected by the special privileges Congress gave them. That must end.

Fax Congress to repeal the legal shield that has allowed this injustice to continue.

Two Bills Could Finally End Big Pharma’s Immunity

The “End the Vaccine Carveout Act” (HR 4668) and the “PREP Repeal Act” (HR 4388) together will:

• End legal immunity for vaccine manufacturers under the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act.
• Allow direct lawsuits in state or federal court for injuries caused by the COVID-19 shot.
• Retroactively repeal the PREP Act, which has shielded Big Pharma from all accountability during declared emergencies.
• Remove the statute of limitations, giving survivors a real chance to pursue justice. 

The special liability protections surrounding these products have created a system where the corporations that profited are insulated from the consequences. And this is not limited to the COVID shots but includes all vaccines. Too many families trusted the government and the propaganda, and now their children are autistic.
