Colorado has crossed the line.
By law, a person’s “chosen name” and “how the individual chooses to be expressed” are part of the state’s anti-discrimination system, per the Kelly Loving Act (HB25-1312).
Speaking biological truth can now be deemed unlawful.
This Colorado law provides a glimpse of the radical “Equality Act” that’s pending in Congress and close to getting enough votes to pass.
The Equality Act will collide with our religious freedom and erase women. WE MUST STOP THIS BILL! Send your faxes to Congress to stop the "Equality Act" from endangering people in our communities.
What’s happening in Colorado is a preview for what the federal Equality Act would impose on all 50 states.
Here’s what should alarm every parent, pastor, teacher, and business owner:
Parents who refuse to affirm a child’s gender confusion can now find themselves exposed in custody disputes, where “deadnaming” or “misgendering” is framed as “coercive control.” Deadnaming is using the person’s original name — continuing to refer to your son by his name, John, and refusing to call him “Jessica.”
Teachers will be forced to use false pronouns — note, there are lists with more than 100 pronouns!
Religious employers will be forced to hire trans and those who openly oppose their faith mission.
And here’s the most dangerous part:
The law is so broad and undefined that no one fully knows how far this law will be pushed and how damaging it will be to parental rights … only that it could cost you everything. That means:
And now, Congress wants to take this nationwide with the Equality Act. We can’t let them. Flood Congress with:
The Equality Act would go even further.
If passed, it would:
This is not speculation. This is the stated design of the bill.
And if it becomes federal law, undoing it would take years — and cost millions in legal battles.
But here’s where you come in.
You are not powerless. In fact, your voice carries far more weight than you’ve been told. Capitol Hill offices operate on a simple reality:
One direct contact from a constituent is often counted as representing many others — sometimes as many as twenty voters.
That means your action today could have massive impact.
This is how small, faithful, courageous groups of citizens stop dangerous legislation.
Not by numbers alone — but by action.
By refusing to stay silent.
Every fax we send, every campaign we launch, every legal and legislative effort we undertake — it all requires resources.
A single gift today will help fuel this fight.
But even more powerful is a recurring monthly gift — allowing us to stay in the battle day after day, vote after vote, without slowing down.
Your support helps ensure that truth is not silenced ... that families are not targeted ... and that freedom is not surrendered.
