Here’s the outrageous part: at one point, the Fulton County clerk actually went to a judge seeking permission to destroy key 2020 election records early. Only litigation and a court seal stopped them from shredding these ballot materials. When that failed, the county then erased key electronic files.

However, when the FBI seized the items that Fulton County was asking to destroy as part of a federal probe, the county instantly flipped and begged the courts to give back the ballots that they already asked to destroy.

This makes no sense.

In other words, Fulton County is now suing to force the return of the very records they previously sought permission to destroy!

Even the DOJ pushed back hard in court filings, pointing out that, after the county’s own earlier attempt to dispose of the materials, they “can hardly claim a meaningful interest” in those records now.

This hypocrisy is stunning — and it raises serious questions about why they are fighting so fiercely to keep these ballots hidden from scrutiny.

We do not need to wait for every last detail from 2020 to understand that our election system desperately needs fixing before the 2026 midterms.

We cannot allow this critical issue to stall ahead of the midterm elections. Flood the Senate with your faxes to protect the privilege to lead our nation in a secure election.

In 2016, all 19 historic bellwether counties — the ones that had perfectly picked the national winner in every presidential election from 1980 through 2016 — voted for President Trump. Then in 2020, 18 of those 19 counties went for Trump again. These are the places that should have flipped to Biden if everything was normal. Then again, in 2024, they voted for Trump again.

There are more than 60 other bellwether counties that all went for Trump in 2020. This raises concern and there are many unanswered questions.

That is why the SAVE America Act is so desperately needed right now. It simply requires that only American citizens vote — and that they only vote their own ballots.

No more loopholes that funnel non-citizens onto our voter rolls.

This bill is common-sense election integrity that the vast majority of Americans support, and it is exactly what we need to restore faith in our system ahead of 2026.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune is hinting at bringing the SAVE America Act forward, but the procedural path he has chosen is not a path that will lead to victory. We need to urge him and others to stand and defend this issue. Many people are concerned, but few are making their voices known ... we need to change that. And you can with your faxes. Congress needs to hear from you personally.

This bill is our best chance to restore confidence in our elections. You — yes, you — can still make the difference.
