The “Transgender Bill of Rights” has quickly grown to 106 co-sponsors in the U.S. House for H.Res. 1058. This radical resolution will not just push LGBTQ and abortion; it will trample upon religious freedom.

This goes far beyond destroying religious freedom. It will harm parents and children, employers, landlords, and every person in America by forcing them to celebrate and even prefer LGBTQ and abortion. Rush your urgent fax to Congress to block the Equality Act 2.0. — Mat

This resolution would apply federal pressure to employment and “implement a Transgender Bill of Rights to protect and codify” privileges for “transgender and non-binary people.”

This resolution will push the following agenda, and more:

• Female students to have biological males in their sports, bathrooms, showers, locker rooms, and all private spaces.
• Religious organizations, churches, employers, childcare, and schools to hire LGBTQ staff and pay for opposite sex hormones and surgeries, including abortion.
• Families who rent out a room in their home to include LGBTQ individuals.
• Religious hospitals and medical professionals to perform these surgeries, including abortion, by demanding and expanding access to competent health care providers serving transgender and nonbinary patients, including by recruiting and training more health care providers to provide appropriate care ... according to liberal standards to perform surgeries to cut off healthy body parts and perform abortion.
• Silence professional counselors from helping people overcome unwanted same-sex attractions, behaviors, and gender confusion.
• Eliminates biological gender on some state and federal documents.

In short, this one resolution mandates federally forced abortion and LGBTQ special privileges — all rolled into one.

This resolution creates a brand-new liaison office under the U.S. Attorney General to punish anyone or anything in opposition to this radical agenda.

Additionally, it provides that office with an unlimited budget. The resolution states it is “appropriating the funds necessary to fully staff and support the enforcement of these rights across agencies.”

Imagine a small country church declining to hire a man parading around in women’s clothes. After this resolution, one quick complaint will bring the Office of the United States Attorney General knocking on the church’s door, asking questions, threatening legal action, filing litigation, and terrifying the pastor and parishioners if they do not bend the knee.

This resolution will cause devastating harm across America. WE MUST STOP THIS “BILL OF RIGHTS”! Send your faxes to Congress to stop the Equality Act 2.0 from endangering our children and our nation.

This resolution prohibits “discrimination” that is “actual or perceived” regarding gender identity or sex characteristics. This language is so broad that it could apply in situations where someone does not have to be LGBTQ or transgender and/or they don’t have to be discriminated against — they just have to feel slighted!

Under this resolution, a complaint can be filed even if there is no reality to back up the complaint. In other words, a person can file a complaint simply to harass you because there is no objective standard behind the “perceived” discrimination that is not “actual.”

This places incredible power in the hands of someone who, by definition, has a tenuous grasp on reality. Then this resolution will use perception as the basis of what is illegal in the eyes of the law.

Liberty Counsel Action is fighting this second version of the Equality Act on Capitol Hill.

If passed, this resolution would be added to both federal employment and public accommodation law. It will impact everyone! And it includes both LGBTQ and abortion!
