Sixteen-year-old Abbigail Wheeler just wanted to swim, but her YMCA and coaches wanted her to bow to a political prerequisite before competing. And when Abbigail spoke the truth ... she was punished and pushed off the swim team!

The so-called ”Equality Act” has now garnered 215 sponsors in the U.S. House and 47 in the Senate. This is a serious threat to freedom. We cannot allow the Equality Act, HR 15 (S 1503), to force this nonsense everywhere.

Abbigail had a dream to follow in the footsteps of her sister, a top-ranking D1 college swimmer.

But the local YMCA decided to make room for a biological male in the women’s locker room and allowed him to fully expose himself and shower right alongside the girls.

When Abbigail objected, the YMCA treated her like SHE was the problem. She was told she could use a private family bathroom. When she pushed back by posting signs saying, “Women’s Rights” “Biological women only,” and “SafeSport,” the YMCA said she was spreading “hate speech,” and she was reprimand her for speaking the truth.

And this is exactly what the Equality Act will do if it passes the narrow majority in Congress. Tell Congress: LEAVE OUR KIDS ALONE! VOTE NO on the "EQUALITY ACT."

Planet Fitness in Central Florida has a policy that men can use women’s locker rooms. A friend of mine who was a victim of assault had a lifetime membership. When she complained about a man in the restroom, instead of doing the sensible thing, Planet Fitness revoked my friend’s membership.

The so-called “Equality Act,” HR 15, would take this same insane ideology and force it into every corner of America — schools, locker rooms, women’s shelters, Christian ministries, workplaces, public restrooms, and public accommodations nationwide.

This is not just one YMCA or Planet Fitness controversy. We must flood Congress and demand common sense. We must expose what this bill will do to children, women, families, churches, employers, and ministries. We must make sure lawmakers hear from Americans who still believe girls have a right to privacy, parents deserve a voice, and biological truth must not be erased by federal force.

This battle will require every vote we can muster. Fax Congress right now to block this bill.

No female should feel unsafe in private spaces.
