Advancing Life and Liberty Through Action

They claimed it was “safer than Tylenol.”
Florida’s attorney general is suing Planned Parenthood, alleging the abortion giant knowingly lied to women in Florida by asserting that the abortion pill, mifepristone, is “safer than Tylenol.”
The state AG is demanding that Planned Parenthood pay out 350 million dollars for defrauding women through what he called “manifestly false” advertising.
Planned Parenthood and other “Big Abortion” firms face investigation year after year for deaths, lies, unsanitary rooms, uncertified staff, illegal disposal of bodies, and much more.
Yet Congress has so far failed to defund Planned Parenthood in its upcoming budget. It is infuriating.
And unless Congress acts, in less than a month, we will start paying tax dollars directly to Planned Parenthood.
It’s astonishing, but this abortion giant took the lives of a record 434,430 preborn children in 2023-2024 — up a significant 8% from the previous year.
And more children will die in the year ahead — subsidized by your tax dollars — unless we raise our voice now and demand that Congress defund Planned Parenthood and Big Abortion NOW.
For decades, Big Abortion told women that chemical abortion is simple, private, easy, and safe. Planned Parenthood has pushed that claim, arguing that abortion pills are “safer than Tylenol.” Florida’s lawsuit alleges that Planned Parenthood used that “false and misleading” claim to sell profitable chemical abortions to women in Florida.
But real-world safety data doesn’t lie.
The Ethics and Public Policy Center analyzed 865,727 prescribed mifepristone abortions from 2017 to 2023. The study found that 10.93 percent of women experienced sepsis, infection, hemorrhaging, or another serious adverse event within 45 days of taking the abortion pill.
That is more than 1 in 10 women.
And the study says the real-world serious adverse event rate is at least 22 times higher than the “less than 0.5 percent” figure reported on the mifepristone label.
But the abortion industry still wants women to believe this is “safer than Tylenol.”
No mother should be lied to like this. No scared young woman should be turned into a chemical abortion customer by slick marketing. No abuser should be able to obtain pills through loopholes and mail them to a victim. And no American taxpayer should be forced to subsidize the abortion giants fueling this destruction.
Congress has the power to act.
Lawmakers can defund Big Abortion. They can cut off taxpayer dollars from Planned Parenthood and the abortion cartel. They can investigate the pill suppliers, mail-order pipelines, and online sellers marketing dangerous abortion drugs into states where unborn children and women are supposed to be protected.
But Congress must hear from you.
This is not just a funding fight.
It is a truth fight.
If Planned Parenthood and the abortion pill industry have been telling women that chemical abortion is as safe as an over-the-counter pain reliever while real-world data points to serious complications, then Congress must pay attention.
Members cannot just shrug and keep writing checks.
If online sellers are blowing past FDA limits, shipping pills through the mail without an in-person doctor visit with an ultrasound, and operating as if state laws do not matter, then Congress cannot pretend this is “health care.”
And if taxpayer dollars are still flowing to abortion giants like Planned Parenthood while women are being misled, harmed, and abandoned, then every pro-life American must demand action now.
Fax Congress today. Demand full defunding of Big Abortion. Demand investigations into the chemical abortion supply chain. Demand that taxpayer dollars stop feeding the abortion pill machine.
Big Abortion has money, lobbyists, and media allies.
But you have something they fear: a voice that refuses to be silent.
Please send your urgent fax to Congress today. Tell your senators and representative to defund Big Abortion and investigate the major suppliers pushing chemical abortion drugs across America.
And please give as generously as you can to help Liberty Counsel Action mobilize more Americans, pressure more lawmakers, and expose this industry before even more women are harmed and more unborn children are killed.
Make your best gift to Liberty Counsel Action. Your support helps us keep pressure on Congress, alert pro-life Americans, and fight back while Big Abortion tries to expand its deadly business model.
