Momentum is building to pass the SAVE America Act
Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) said: “If I had a tattoo, it’d say, ‘SAVE America’ on my shoulder,” emphasizing how strongly he supports the SAVE America Act. Under his leadership, the House has already passed multiple versions of the bill. But it has languished in the Senate.
Why? We know you’ve heard the sweeping phrase: “There is zero evidence of election fraud.” However, much of the election process takes place in controlled areas where the public is not permitted to document everything that occurs.
Election observers may be present, but the only thing that can prove fraud are the comments and sworn testimony of poll workers or volunteers from inside the room.
... and there has certainly been a lot of sworn testimony about fraud.
That is precisely why the effort to ensure election integrity cannot rest until we know only American citizens are casting a single ballot with photo ID. Urge Congress with your faxes to do everything in its power to clean this up now.
Some conservatives in Congress are insisting that they will not push forward with less important issues until our election transparency is first restored.
This has House Speaker Mike Johnson, President Donald Trump, and Vice President JD Vance all urging conservative members to reopen the House floor. Even President Trump labeled their continued resistance as “grandstanding.”
Nevertheless, the handful of holdouts have not backed down. Now is the time for the whole Congress to do its job and secure our elections.
Fax members of the House and Senate to urge their vote for the SAVE America Act.
Rep. Lance Gooden of Texas called for the SAVE America Act to be attached to every single major piece of legislation until Congress reaches a resolution. The proposal reflects a broader strategy among the holdouts: Link the election bill to legislation that the Senate cannot easily ignore.
Speaker Johnson is attempting a procedural maneuver that could connect the SAVE America Act with State Department funding legislation when the package is transmitted to the Senate.
The conservative members are not simply seeking another House vote. The House has already demonstrated support for the legislation. They are seeking a process that forces the Senate to confront the measure and makes it more difficult for negotiators to remove it quietly from a final bill.
And the more we pressure the House and the Senate, the more likely it is to pass this bill. Your faxes are a critical part of this moment. Act now.
