Boy in Skirt Assaults Girls in Bathrooms

Oct 27, 2026

Two girls assaulted thanks to crazy "trans" ideology

Right now, two radical school boards in Virginia are fighting in federal court for the "right" to force young girls to share bathrooms, locker rooms, and perhaps even overnight rooms with biological boys.

A few days ago, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit allowed lawsuits from Fairfax and Arlington County public schools to proceed against the Trump administration. When federal officials stood up for biological reality and Title IX by moving these noncompliant districts to a reimbursement funding system, the school boards didn't back down. They sued.

Allowing these lawsuits to move forward is a massive victory to the leftist activists seeking to erase biological sex — putting every child's safety, privacy, and dignity on the line. When a teenage girl walked into her high school bathroom. what happened next exposed the total failure and cowardice of public school administrators.

We already know the horrific cost of school officials choosing gender ideology over protecting the young girls in their care.

If the “Equality Act” passes, it will increase this madness. The Equality Act will harm children and silence any opposition to the LGBTQ agenda.

If only a few Republicans break rank, this bill will pass. Contact Congress to stop the Equality Act.

A teenage girl entered her high school bathroom. What happened next would haunt her family — and expose a shocking failure within Virginia's public schools.

On May 28, 2021, a 15-year-old boy wearing a skirt used the "trans" loophole to gain access and sexually assault a female student inside a girls' restroom at Stone Bridge High School in Loudoun County. School officials covered it up and quietly transferred the boy to another school.

Months later, at Broad Run High School, that same boy dragged another female student into an empty classroom, sexually assaulted her, and nearly suffocated her.

Two innocent girls. Two schools. One dangerous predator. But politics made this “trans” abuser the priority. The school system put leftist ideology and damage control ahead of protecting children.

A special grand jury confirmed the second assault was entirely preventable.

If school districts are already failing to protect our daughters, imagine the chaos if the radical left codifies this wicked ideology into federal law.

The so-called "Equality Act" (H.R. 15/S. 1503) is an all-out assault on biological reality, religious freedom, and parental rights. It would force every public school, business, and community organization in America to open girls' private spaces to biological males — under penalty of federal law.

Its language specifically addresses access to shared facilities, including restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms.

That could substantially limit the ability of schools and other covered institutions to maintain sex-separated facilities based on biological sex.

If passed, the Equality Act will:

  • Erase Title IX protections designed specifically to protect women and girls in sports and private facilities.

  • Strip privacy and safety from young girls changing in locker rooms or using school restrooms.

  • Silence parents and students who dare to object, labeling their desire for basic modesty and safety as "discrimination."

We cannot afford to sit quietly while Congress considers stripping away the basic right to privacy for millions of American children. Rush your urgent faxes to Congress to stop the “Equality Act.”

Liberty Counsel Action is on the front lines fighting to stop the Equality Act and defend biological truth — but we need your immediate support.

Make an urgent gift — either a generous one-time donation or a monthly pledge — to help Liberty Counsel Action fight back against these radical legal threats in Washington and across the nation.

Every child deserves protection. Every parent deserves answers. And no school should ignore warnings that put children in danger. Together we can hold lawmakers accountable before it is too late.
